Quality is excellent!I only removed a star for my personal situation. The bracket is quite long, so it’s difficult to use & hold because I frequently use the camera walking around. This product seems more suited for a permanent installation in a studio.

I was skeptical because this is half the price of a name brand competitor. I'm very pleased with what I received and it suits my needs very well. I'm going to purchase 1-2 more.

Good for small camera

I already had a Manfrotto quick release on my Manfrotto tripod but wanted to add quick release to a couple of other tripods and a fixed mount in my studio. These quick releases worked perfectly and are fully compatible with my Manfrotto components but significantly less costly. I'm looking at plans to add these to all my cameras and mounting points so that I can quickly move cameras to provide multiple camera angles.

Was looking for an easy way to mount and quickly remove my Canon DSLR to the goto telescope mount. This solved my problem inexpensively. Just be aware you have to mount the camera in the right direction, b/c this bracket is directional. Other than that, it's a great and inexpensive solution.
