The day I received the Neo G med. grade lumbosacral back support, I put it on and left it until I went to bed...it was 1st night I went to bed WITHOUT back pain in over 20 years....and every night since. I have now purchased a 2nd so I always have clean one to wear. On top of eliminating my back pain, it is comfortable.

I'm very upset about this product. The fit range is very narrow, due to small pieces of velcro, it almost fits but does nothing because it's just a bit loose. I measured and sized 39.5 but it won't tighten enough to do anything and now I'm stuck with a product I wore for less than 1 minute and it's worthless to me. If the product just had a wider inside hook and loop (velcro) band it would be fine. The manufacturer would probably be better off having 3, maybe 4, sizes that are more flexible. But the worst is that something that comes in sizes is non-returnable! I don't see this anywhere in the description. Buyer beware!

I purchased this brace to help relieve my sciatica. I'm on my feet 12 hours a day in a very busy retail environment with very little opportunity to sit, so this brace is essential to me. It does an excellent job of supporting my lower back and easing my symptoms. I only gave it 4 stars because (1) sitting with it on is a little uncomfortable, and (2) I had to purchase pants one size larger to allow me to wear the brace under my clothing.

I purchased this back support, as well as their thoracolumbar back support, to relieve pain in my back, and they have worked very well for me.These supports are well-designed and well-engineered, and made of quality materials. In addition, they are a good value for the price.Despite ordering the correct size based on waist measurement, I did have to obtain some extra velcro strapping only for the thoracolumbar brace, to lengthen the velcro straps supplied with that product, since the straps around the arms were a bit short for me, but this was an easy fix. I did not need to make any adjustments for the lumbar support. The manufacturer might want to consider providing some additional velcro strapping to allow the user to make similar adjustments, or create some type of adjustable straps to allow for different human sizes and shapes.These supports are made with quality materials, are "breathable" and are lower profile than the more traditional canvas-style supports. In addition, they come with 2 different sets of stays, one pair of metal, the other of plastic, so you can fine-tune the support you need.So, in summary, if you have a medical spine problem for which it has been determined that a back brace would be helpful, I would strongly consider this product.

The most effective, comfortable and beautifully designed brace I have ever tried. I wear it to ride or drive in the car, when I work, sit at the computer, stand for long periods of time and shop. I have suffered with severe scoliosis for years and this product is actually giving me hope for a better quality of life with much less pain.

I wear mine nearly all the time. My only complaint to the manufacturer is where the velcro edges go all the way to the edge of each side that velcro together is that the velcro is scratchy and irritates my skin. If you very carefully trim the velcro edges, it can help with the sharp scratchy edges of the velcro.I would like it better if on each side where the velcro is stitched all the way to the edge of the brace, if the manufacturer would stop the velcro about a 1/4 inch from the edge to reduce the sharp edges and reduce skin irritation.Otherwise, I love these braces and they wear well under clothing without too much distraction.

I have always been able to return items with Amazon, so I generally trust buying things knowing if something isn't right I'm good. NOT with this, it is not returnable, doesn't fit so I'm out $60 bucks. Never buy items that are sized if they are not returnable. I will look closely from no on, if it says not returnable its a not buyable for me.

This is a good back brace. It supports your back more than most braces but it's also not very comfortable but I guess you get used to. It's very useful during rehabilitation but not as a permanent fix since it will weaken your back muscles to the point you will depend on this brace to just survive.
