I learned taking this supplement that too much B6 can cause peripheral neuropathy symptoms. A week after taking this I started getting numbness and tingling in my hands, and over a days more, it spread up to my shoulders and began in my feet. Also got ringing in my ears. I stopped the supplement and things went back to normal over a few days.I read that too much B6 without counterbalancing with B1, can simulate overdose B6. So maybe that’s what happened to me, or maybe I was actually overdosing B6?Just be careful!
