wow! this is so beautiful! it was so much more than i expected considering the price. but it’s definite quality and comes in a very lovely box if you’re gifting this lovely necklace. i’m extremely happy with it! there is, however, only one key included with the locking necklace-which makes me nervous as i’m always misplacing things. LOL! the manufacturer is so focused on customer service that you could probably get a second key just by request or a small fee. i love this necklace. it looks so beautiful on!

Looked so pretty, before I unboxed it.Chain is very flimsy, at least 6 chain pieces arent closed properly.Very light weight, doesn't lay right.Contacted me 6 days ago to fix the problem, nothing since.

Not very heavy duty like you would want in a collar of this style extremely light but not in a good way chain links sound kind of hollow when they tap against each other but comfortable to wear doesn't leave any staining and is generally very pretty

The necklace has a substantial weight and feel and the lock is proportionally sized perfectly for the chain. I've only had it for a few days but so far no sign of skin irritation or pitting on the necklace or lock. I wanted to have a spare key and the seller was very friendly and responsive, arranging to immediately send a key.

This is for smaller women's/men's necks, it fits more like a 14 in. Collar more than anything, if you're above 15 in. for your neck size this definitely won't fit, it was very tight on my neck. It is indeed lightweight and very cute but it did not fit so I'm disappointed.

The locket is sturdy and a nice heavy metal but the chain is visibly cheap and rather weak.

Teenage daughter loves it. It’s very thick and nice. It’s shiny and opens with the key so be sure not to lose it or it’ll get stuck on you, and you can’t use it anymore. The key is like a handcuff key.
