Does this charms come with the little clips as well ?

The charms come exactly as shown in the first picture. If you use jump rings to attach your charms to a necklace or bracelet, the jump rings must be purchased separately.

Does it come with necklace or bracelet material to string together

No. This is just an assortment of charms. You have to supply your own cord or elastic thread to make the jewelry. The charms are a lot of fun though. Good luck.

I bought the color assortment of enamel pendants necklace bracelet charms and they have NOT tarnished nor are there any sign s that they might. They just look very good.
