I had purchased this case for my Pixel 4 to help extend the time I can go between charges. It has worked perfectly for my needs. After about 11 months of use, a crack developed in the back of the case. Once the plastic broke off exposing internal components, I contacted Newdery customer service to see if I could obtain a replacement back cover. Upon verifying the issue and my Amazon order, they quickly shipped a full replacement. This customer service experience was awesome! I have been very impressed with my case!

It's the only case for this phone like it still available, so you're stuck with it, but it doesn't work well at all most of the time. Attempting to slide the phone in usually doesn't work the first time and instead bends the USB-C connector in the case. The case itself isn't well made either, as it already has a crack in it after just one drop.The battery life is good on paper, but the case almost never charges the phone properly - randomly disconnecting, or worse, the charger "flickers" after 5-10 minutes, where it will start and stop and start and stop every second until you turn the case off.I've sent a message to support to see if this is a defective unit or not, and if it is then I'll happily update this review.

This case just feels unnatural to hold. It's way too heavy, adds too much to the sides and back. The buttons are way too stiff, and don't feel like they quite line up on the phone.This case will flatout not charge on a USB-C to USB-C, PD capable wall adapter - AKA, the exact setup required to "Rapidly Charge" a Pixel 4. So you plug the case into your normal charger, even the one supplied by the phone, and it won't charge. Classic cheap electronics.All that said, it does work to extend the battery to last through the day, now that my multiple year old phone is struggling to make it through the day.I'm probably going to go with a separate battery pack after trying this out for a couple of weeks. It's just too awkward, carrying another device would literally be easier

My pixel 4 needs a new battery... It drops to 60% by the time I'm done with breakfast and is almost dead after lunch... I'm constantly dropping it on a charger at home or in the car.I bought this for our Disney family vacation so I could take videos and photos the entire day... When it showed up, it made my phone twice as bulky and over 2x as heavy! I thought I would just grab a battery kit and try replace the crappy battery all together...Instead of performing surgery on my beloved pixel 4 the day before our trip, I decided to use this case... And I'm glad I did.Once you get past how mahooosive this case is and how slippery the rubber initially feels, it's not impossible to carry around. After taking photos of my kids visit with Mickey and recording their first ride on dumbo I was down to 30%. I turned on the battery case and watched my phone charge to nearly 100% in the time it took us to wait in line for small world.I had to call on it's extra juice at Epcot waiting for the frozen ride, with an almost 2hr wait time. I let my daughter watch the movie while waiting. It made the experience better for all of us.I really liked how it still has a usbc port open so you really never need to take your phone out (which is great because it's not easy to do)Wireless charging is a little missed placed so it doesn't charge well in my car chargers that expect the pixel to be docked.This isn't my everyday carry... Way to bulky. But it is pretty great at what it's supposed to do. I'll keep it for those longer media sensitive trips.

So i purchased my pixel 4 ( not the xl ) on launch date and in my opinion the battery which is 2800 milli amps was the phones only achelis hill , the battery would last about 5 hours of heavy use because of the 90 hertz display along with the heavy use . i decided to get this case/ external battery and give it a shot and let me tell you the quality of it is top notch !!! . when i read one of the reviews on this item and saw that people where having " to much trouble " fitting in the phone into the case and only giving it bad reviews because of that i was a little bit concerned how ever after reading the instructions this came with on how to fit in the phone into the case it took me about 20 seconds to do so ..... people that gave this a bad review need to learn how to read lmfao!!!! it was extremely simple . i have been using my phone all day and used the juice of this case / battery 2 times already to recharge my phone from about 7 percent back to 100 percent and the case still has 4/5 lights turned on meaning i still have a ton of juice left in the case/external battery . i would absolutely recommend this to competent people who know how to read . i did not think this was going to be this good but i am blown away it also charges at " high speeds" or " rapidly " in other words it charges the same as it would if you had your phone plugged into the wall . there is no battery anxiety any more thanks to this amazing case . The case also gives the phone a very nice added weight and it feels very well balanced on your had . if i could give this 10 stars i would ,!!!!!

Nach kurzer Zeit wies diese Hülle einen Defekt auf, da das Gehäuse am integrierten Akku nicht gut verarbeitet ist. Rings um den Akku der in der Hülle steckt, platzt das Gehäuse.Der Akku wird zudem kochend heiß wenn man die ladefubktion benutzt und ein kabelloses laden, wie es die Rückseite vermuten lässt, ist zudem nicht möglich.... Absolut ungeeignet

Its OK, does what it is intended to do, charge the battery whilst on the move. However its very awkward to get the phone into it, feels like the plug will break off. Also, the wireless charging does not work, that would have been nice to have had wireless charging available. Therefore, is not worth the price tag in my opinion.

J'ai reçu le produit aujourd'hui et il à l'air de bien fonctionner pour l'instant cependant il est indiqué dans une des images du produit que le poids rajoute seulement 2,99oz ce qui correspond à environ 85 grammes mais après avoir pesé le produit je m'aperçoit que le poids réel est de 145 grammes. C'est peu mais on est presque 2 fois plus lourd que ce qui était promis par le vendeur et ça se sent bien à la prise en main mon pixel 4 pèse un âne mort.De plus il est plus dur d'appuyer sur les boutons physiques avec cette coque (power, volume up & down), il faut appuyer fort.Je n'ai pas encore testé l'autonomie.

Faisait son travail de façon satisfaisante quand il a fonctionné, c'est à dire 1 mois ! Depuis il ne veut plus charger via son port USB C qui a très vite du jeu et donc déconne ! Pour le prix ça ne vaut pas le coup...

Die Powerbankhülle ist nicht zu schwer und lässt sich problemlos auch über wireless charging aufladen.Die Verarbeitung ist jedoch mehr als nur schlecht! Der Aux-Anschluss ist oben auf der falschen Seite? Wie kann sowas passieren? Zudem sind die Lautstärketasten nicht richtig getroffen und es ist sehr schwer diese zu drücken. Am oberen Rand ist außerdem eine lücke von 3-4 mm zwischen handy und hülle.Funktionell ja aber bei der verarbeitung leider mehr als nur schlampig! Für den Preis vom kauf abzuraten!
