Organic HD Corrective Concealer - Fair #623

I can't believe this product works so well. It's a natural product that actually holds its own when compared to other concealer of a more synthetic recipe. A little does go a long way. I use a mink makeup brush to apply and though it is quite light in color for me in the summer now, it's still workable with the right powder applied over it. The coverage is probably a 8.5 out of ten, I've used many synthetic chemical riddled concealer before since i used to have terrible acne. I've been using makeup since age 12 and have been hoping to find a healthier option for color correcting. I use this with a loose powder to even out the tones and tint this a little darker since I am tan now. I highly recommend this product. Nice case too. Pros: Good coverage without caking No settling into lines or creases (I have a few small wrinkles around my eyes now...but the vitamin c serum by Radha beauty on Amazon is treating them nicely) No greasy finish, at first it does seem a little wet, but it soon becomes less shiny, a light powder will solve sheen issues. Good color for fair skin, I am very fair in winter with olive undertones, I am Danish, English and Jewish if that helps. Great size and amount of product since it does stretch A gentler, non chemical riddled skin product Does not cake and looks clean and natural Lasts throughout the day and beyond Touches up well-not cakey again when reapplied Feels fresh and has no gross odor Cons: May not be the strongest coverage available in concealers, but great for a natural concealer. It's like an 8, 8.5 on my scale of how opaque makeup can be, MAC being a 10 in opacity, so very dark areas will not completely dissappear as they can with a really thick, cakey product You may expect more when paying this price for a single makeup item. Update I have purchased this about four times now. I think they downsized about a year and a half or maybe resized to a deeper and smaller diameter dish? Anyway. Still loving this product. I use it in about 4-6 months and hope it never goes out of stock or is discontinued. Well I ordered several more times and then strangely got a different product that has an applicator in a lip gloss like square tube thing. It is not what I wanted. Now I don't know if I should order it again.

I have a port wine birthmark. It covers beautifully. Many of my friends who haven’t seen me without make up don’t know it’s there.

Smells horrible, kinda like it’s old makeup. Very sticky when trying to apply.

Fair is extremely light, even for someone with a fair complexion. The formula has a nice consistency but it does settle in fine lines, also it seems to only last 4-6 hours. And you can't really reapply without taking off what you previously applied. I bought it because it was vegan, but I think I will continue to look for the perfect vegan concealor for dark puffy under-eyes.

If you have a lot of crazy skin allergies and pale skin, this concealer is perfect. I get contact dermatitis from all of the organic/sensitive brands (including bare minerals and tarte) sold at Sephora and after many frustrating months and wasted money, I'm really happy to find this concealer. This concealer is also great for me because I have fair skin, and it blends perfectly with my skin tone. When you take it out of the box you may worry that it's really tiny - but a little bit goes a long way with this product. As long as I don't accidentally smug/touch it during the day, it'll give me coverage for a full 8 hours. So it's not particularly smug proof- but I'm willing to deal with that so long as I can wear something that doesn't give me problems. I'll definitely be buying this product again.

I like the original cream type concealer in the compact better than the new fluid type container. It covers and lasts longer.

This concealer is SO pigmented! If you want full coverage, that's honestly the most important thing to look for. You won't be getting as full coverage as you can with something that claims to be more thick than the other stuff. Look for highly pigmented. This is by far my favorite concealer I have ever owned! I can't be without it!

I realize everyone is different but I have very sensitive skin and pretty much every OTC product irritates my skin. This one doesn't. The coverage is excellent as well. A little goes a long way! Love it.
