Works great and fast then you would think. I use it mainly to make drinks in my toy hauler. Fits perfectly between the stove and fridge. Deducted a star because this is my second purchase. The first on only lasted a year before it started leaking.

This product stopped working at all three weeks after purchase and the seller is not responding to any written requests.

its very difficult to get the basket in for it to start working now it made ice one time and have now stopped again...not recommended

Like the product for our countertop in the rv.

We needed a replacement basket for the ice basket and they wanted to charge $21.95 for the basket and $8.95 for delivery. This is a small piece of plastic that should cost less than a dollar. I get that it's unique and requires extra charge for storage, but over $30 delivered??? I'm not sure if this is common practice for all manufactures, but it's ridiculous and should be addressed. Now we have to throw away a product because I don't want to invest over $30 on an older product that may break and imaging the cost to replace a significant component. It's not good service from MC and it's not good for the environment.Update 10/19/22: Magic Chef reviewed my complaint and provided an offer to send me the plastic basket for $14 including shipping. Still pricy but reasonable and I accepted the offer. I still think they need to adjust their replacement parts pricing to be more reasonable and not take advantage of the monopoly they have on replacements.
