I used this brand before that is why I purchased again. This one was a disappointment. Everything is ok, however the bluetooth is worse, the sound cuts in an out when you move, you cannot even be two feet away from your device where it starts to cut in an out, even does it when i am right next to the device. I didnt send back because i had already disgarded all the packaging. I dont think they can take it back. However the water battle was nice that it came with.

Not worth the frustration of having to have the phone out of pocket to have an uninterrupted signal to the earbuds. Nice ideas, poor execution. Overall unusable product unless at a desk, which isn't what they're advertised for anyway, nor is the sound quality good for things like that.

first it took over a week for the headphones to arrive. and when they get here the headphones do not work. i charged them for an hour and they did not turn on. Tried to charge them a little longer, still did not turn on. they only turn on when plugged into the charger which is stupid because they are wireless headphones - should be replaced or refunded

I’m am so disappointed with this product. My old JAM mini buds were great. This new version is horrible. I leave it on the charger for a few hours then take them off and put them away. Then when I go to use them they are always dead. So it says one hour of charge gives you ten hours of play. You would think that 30 min of charge would give you half that time. Wrong. I charged it for half an hour before my run and only got about 15 min of play.The older version of these were amazing. This new version can’t hold a charge.

I'm giving it one star because I never even got to try the product! They also sent me the wrong color (I ordered pink, but got green). I got over the color mix up pretty quickly because I was just so excited to have a pair of wireless earphones, and I love JAM products. I was so tired of being tangled in my earphones all the time, and I picked these because they were JAM and had the magnetic heads.I decided to give them a try anyways, but the darn things just wouldn't turn on! So, I thought maybe a charge would do it. I charged those things over 10 hours and they still would not turn on! I was packing them up to send them back and noticed that the wires on the left earbud were exposed! I still love JAM, but I will NOT be buying these again.I've bought a pair of Samsung Levels, and am hoping that they'll work out better.

While the sound quality and fit of these headphones are nice, I specifically purchased them for the 10 hour battery life they boast. I wear them to work every day, and after about five or six hours they die. I wish I would've gone in another direction

I received bluetooth.This bluetooth is very bad.The power goes out in less than 30 minutes after I charge the Bluetooth.It is useless to try again.If I buy this money, I will buy another Bluetooth.I will not buy it again.

Buds too heavy and don't stay in place. Good quality sound but bluetooth signal a bit too weak.Overall not too bad but if I had a chance to try them I would not buy them.
