Protein and Gluten-Free Breakfast Cereal by Three Wishes (1-Pack) - High Protein and Low Sugar Snack - Vegan, Kosher, Grain-Free and Dairy-Free - Non-GMO (Honey)

I’m not sure how and when that product was updated, but I now buy three wishes cereal in bulk and it is my go to breakfast. Ingredients are simple and seem healthy. The macros are superior to most other cereal. Definitely better than all I could find without an ingredient list that sounds like a pharmacy.Tasted the honey and the chocolate one, both are more than satisfactory!Great job three wishes!Old review: The nutrition was the selling point and I was willing to put up with the insane price if it tased good. Unfortunately, this tastes like bad cough medicine. I'd rather eat crunched rocks next time.

Has a slightly sweet taste. It is hard when you first put the milk on it. So I wait about a minute or so. I like the flavor. A+

This cereal is incredibly addicting. Just the right amount of sweet and a good crunch. In fact, I go through this cereal too fast.However, it's pricey for what it is, so I'm less prone to purchase.UPDATE: I have additionally tried the cinnamon and unsweetened flavors. I have not been disappointed. I was nervous buying the unsweetened due to reviews, but I'm glad I bought it. It turned out to be a great gluten-free replacement for Cheerios. I do eat this cereal with alternative milks (e.g. macadamia, almond coconut, coconut, etc), but I also don't anticipate foods like this will taste *exactly* like their replacements, though I did find the taste to be (surprisingly!) satisfyingly close enough to their replacements. Notably, the O's are larger, which I like since they give a good crunch.Also, I'm happy to find this cereal is now a/v at my local Safeway, but only in certain flavors. I have to go on Amazon still to buy my unsweetened cereal, which is still more pricey even if buying in bulk, which I can't really do since I have limited cupboard space...so the price is still a big factor for me as far as how often I'll buy this.

We tried a box from the grocery store, not realizing that it's grain free. WTF? It's crunchy, sweet (not too sweet) and doesn't get soggy in milk. It's made from, of all things, garbanzo beans. I never would have tried it had I known. Higher protein and fiber, very low on carbs. Both the honey and cinnamon flavors are great. This multi pack is a huge bargain if you have room for 6 boxes (plus everyone else's who can't get around the garbanzo bean idea).

A bit over priced for it being a standard sized, single box of cereal. The texture was a bit off to me but the main issue was the taste. I appreciate that it’s sweetened naturally but it has a noticable aftertaste (almost like strong stevia). It’s great if you’re desperate for a low carb, diabetic friendly option and don’t mind those factors.

We tasted this cereal at my friend's house and my kids just absolutely loved it! When I saw how little sugar it had and how much protein, I had to buy it. It is very expensive compared to your regular cereal but I love it that my kids are getting something good into their bodies. Waiting for next Amazon Prime day to stock up on this stuff.

If you're looking for a cereal that the whole family will love three wishes is for you. I love the fact that I don't have to feel guilty when serving this cereal to my son. It's healthy with less sugar than the other brands, gluten free and plant based. The flavor that I ordered was honey. The first time I tried the cereal I noticed a slight after taste. After I kept eating it the after taste went away. Now when we have it for breakfast I don't notice an after taste at all. I will absolutely order this cereal again next time ill try the other flavors.
