Chair is great! My son is a big boy and I was worried it wouldn’t be Sturdy enough. Chair is perfect! Great quality for the price!

We gave this to my son as a Christmas gift. He absolutely loves it. He said that the neck and back cushions are just the right thickness & he loves that the back cushion can give him a massage while he’s in class online. The ergonomic support is much better than his old chair. Overall, he said it’s the most comfortable chair he’s used while in school virtually or when gaming with his friends.

So the chair is nice, although it took a day or two to get used to (I was so used to a bad chair this one started out uncomfortable). However, during the assembly process they sent the wrong sized hex wrench, the instructions aren't intuitive because some parts of the chair are pre-assembled. Luckily, my wife had gotten another type of office chair which I had assembled, so I knew how to put this one together. Her hex wrench also worked for the chair solving that problem as well.

UPDATED:3/27/2019Replacement chair came in and have it assembled. Updating to 3 Stars. New chair lines up good and even came with head pillow which first one sent out didn't have.Only bumped chair up one star from 2 to 3, reason being is there still a quality factor involved with this chair at the $170+ dollars that I paid for it. At that price you're better off throwing another 30 to 50 bucks at a higher end chair. Around the $130 to $150 range it probably be deserving of 4 stars, which is currently on sale for but I didn't get it at that price so I have to rate it at what I paid for it.OLD:A lot of the screw and mounting holes didn't line up correctly, as you can see where the back attaches to the seat there is a nice size uneven Gap. Rating at 2 Stars, Amazon sending a replacement so I will update my review to reflect if these issues with the replacement are sorted.

Bought the earliest version of this exact chair, had it 1 year exactly. Here are the problems.Foam seat squished to the point I'd rather sit on a crate. 3 months after purchase.The gas shock blew out within 6 months, I'm 200 pounds flat.The mounting point for the shock completely deteriorated to the point of dislocation, 1 week ago today.The lumbar pillow has completely flattened out, pretty much worthless as any sort of support. Buy an external lumbar support.Mine was originally advertised with a foot rest like the one here, don't expect it. They "forgot".I'm an affiliate on Twitch so I come home from work and sit in it roughly 4 hours a day, after a year this chair has devolved into me being forced to retire from Twitch until I can afford a new chair. Save your money, please don't cheap out on this one. Chances are high that they haven't changed a single thing since my version and the one listed.

Comfy to sit for long hours and very easy to assembly, entire process took me about 30 minutes to put everything together by myself.

Did not get all the screws needed to put together the arm rest one got one screw per arm and needs two per arm rest
