Used for knee support after knee replacement reconstruction surgery. Physical Therapy taped my knee to see if it helped give me some support , I was having tendon, nerve and muscle discomfort months after surgery . It did help and when PT ended , I ordered the tape to continue using for knee support . Stays on for days , even aftershowering . During my knee recovery , I found it gives me the added support better than the stretch pull on knee brace , and the tape is not noticeable under clothes. Love this tape ! Cut a piece of tape down the middle - but stop to leave about 3 inches uncut, place the uncut end of tape under knee cap and wrap the cut pieces around the knee. See picture . I also used a piece of tape on my shoulder to help with occasional muscle pain. Highly recommend!!!

The first day that these are on, they seem to really work and helped me through knee pain. After 36 hours, it starts to pull up and peel back all around the edges. Unfortunately, as this happens the “anchor” part of the tape peels back and then the tape is only adhered where it’s stretched at 50%. This was too much for my skin and ripped my skin apart at the top. Naturally, I went to pull the rest off to stop the tearing, and the tape literally flayed my skin. It was excruciating. Two months later, I still have big purple scars on my thighs and calves from this tape.I’m giving it two stars, because maybe it’s just my skin? Who knows. (I had no reaction to a small test strip that I did without it being stretched.)

Works great for adhering diabetic transmitter to my arm for 7 days. It’s comfortable, light & thin. I never know it’s there.

I've used every kind of kinesio tape out there including rock tape. This stuff is fantastic, it sticks well and stays and provides firm support plus I love this cool tattoo design. we'll definitely be buying this brand again plus I love the little canister container It comes in because typically my other kinesio tape rolls unroll in the drawer and come apart and get all wrinkled but this is a nice little container to just step it back into and keep it rolled up well.

I have back and shoulder issues, all other tape has given me terrible rashes and blisters. I kept this on my back and shoulders for 3 days without irritation, I removed it after 3 days because i wanted to test my skin for a reaction, after 3 days the tape was still holding well and could have been left on longer with no irritation. I picked the medium strength, but will definitely be buying other options. Tip: cut the ends of the tape so they are rounded to help it from lifting at corners.

This tape is a great and unique product. I have a medial meniscus tear on one knee and have tried a number of different tapes for support - they all have showed weak sides - either not fully water resistant, or not quite hypoallergenic, or not dynamically and fully stretching, or their adhesive not being strong enough and the tape starting to peel slowly off. Dynamic Tape Biomechanical behaved exceptionally well in all these areas, without a single compromise, every single time I have used it. Very strong and curative support over the underlying tissues and structures, no itching, no rashes, fully resistant, not only in the shower but in the pool as well. Great designer's work with lots of knowledge behind it.

This is Dynamic Tape, which has a different feel and stretch than KT tape. I would use this on my knee on hikes greater than 6 miles, or on my foot for when I run, but its just not as reliable as KT tape is.If you're looking for tape with a purpose in mind, this is not it. 3 stars because the adhesion is strong, but leaves behind a bit of an irritation rash (my own personal experience), and the design is super neat.
