Well company clogged the HDPE pipe from the well to the house with mud while replacing the pump and wanted $3000 to dig up yard and replace pipe. Bought this and a cheap electric pressure washer. Fed through line from house end with buckets to catch water flowing back.(had temporary alternative water supply). Cleared line quite easily. Head is a little long and stiff so this might be a problem for very tight bends, but it went quite smoothly through a narrower barb fitting and then black plastic well pipe. Small diameter 100' of pressure washer hose with several connectors should fit most pressure washers. Electric pressure washer easier to use if working indoors since can have it near to you to shut off. I expect will be able to use hose as long range extension for my regular gas pressure washer though narrow diameter makes more suitable for lower water volume electricsNote that like many goods shipped from China, no documentation in the box including no parts list and no warranty information. Used it to clean out a clogged up 4" sewer line. I first used the button nose sewer jetter nozle to try to clear the clog and it was quite messy as it blew all the backed up sewer water back at you, but the design of the nozzle also pulls the line up the sewer line fairly quickly and when it got to where the clog is, it took several pull backs and push forwards for the nozzle to finally break through the clog and the water drain quickly. After that, I used the rotating nozzle to go through the sewer line again slowly with the idea that it would clean the inside of the sewer line. I was able to push all 100ft of the line through my sewer line. I did this a couple times and even though I couldn't see inside the sewer line, I hope that it was cleaned out.The included nozzles were great as it allowed you to use the line immediately. This is a great kit, already saves me probably a few hundred dollars compare to getting a rooter guy out. Recommend that you have good rain gear on when using it!

Hose kinks very easily. Ok for occasional use. Unwind and lay out entire length of hose without bends to avoid kinks. The nozzle works well.

I ordered this in early Jan but hadn't had to use it until yesterday, I had the sewer line replace from my house to my property line however the contractor stopped the project 10 feet from the line due to soil conditions and how deep the old terra cotta pipe went. Tree roots got into that last 10 feet and clogged the line had to pay 1400 bucks to get it jetted and the contractor gave me a price of 2500 buck to dig and replace the last 10 feet. I went out and purchased a commercial pressure washer and this jetter kit for a whole lot less than his asking price. I used the rotating cutter head (sounded like a tiny chainsaw inside the pipe) and in about 10 minutes I had the clog cleared.

This is a economical means to clear sewer lines due to simple blockages. You need a gasoline powered pressure washer for this to perform properly. I tried to use this on a electric one from Lowe's and the pressure is just not high enough produce a jet to clear blockages. The hardware has held up so far with 10 uses. I have a commercial 75' drain auger for difficult blockages but my clogs are not related to roots just old cast iron pipes.

The professional plumber quoted me $350 to unclog my kitchen sink drain with a sewer-jet. Looked into sewer-jets, bought this one, and same day I received it - the clog is GONE. Super fast. Did not want to go around a 90 degree elbow in the clean-out(I'm assuming). So I took the trap off under the sink and went in again. Clog was about 6 feet down. It just destroyed it in seconds. I put an oil pan under the pipe to catch any water. Good thing because it immediately blasted back a huge black load of sludge right into the pan. This thing paid for itself in less than an hour and will continue to safe me money in the future - highly recommend it.

Worked well. Got the job done. We had a grease clog about 30 feet down our drain line. I used a cable several times and the clog would always return. We ended up running the cable down and pulling the jetted hose through to the toilet flange from the clean out downstream. Disconnected the cable and washed the pipe out dragging all the trash down stream.Verified a clean pipe with a bore scope.

The product is as described but it will not make a turn in less than a 3 inch pipe, it will work but could be better
