The flat cooking surface (inside of pan) is only 9.75" The description is misleading. I was looking for a 12" pan... since the description said 13" I assumed that was the diameter of the top, so bottom would be about 12" outside. Not the case. Bottom outside is 10" / inside 9.75"It's not as thick/heavy as I thought it would be, especially for the price.It seemed like a really nice sauté pan but it just wasn't the size I was looking for.I returned it.

This hard anodized aluminum is not as heavy as some I have owned but the thickness of the bottom is great.I am 76 years old and the pots are not too heavy for me.It washes up terrific and cooks evenly. I would replace all my pots and pans but can't afford it. That is why I like the idea of purchasing pieces when I can afford them. Would recommend this product to anybody.

This huge saute pan is a big help to me. I make large one-pot meals, and this easily holds all my ingredients. I love and need the handles at opposite sides of the pan to lift it when it is full. Thia is a very good quality. The bottom is flat and even and sits nicely on my glass top range, which allows even heating. And of course the glass top is a plus for seeing the contents. This Anolon pan is a cut above the Calpalon brand. It's a little heavy, but I can manage washing it in my large sink.

I have another pot from this maker and find it to be a better quality. The bottom gray costing is starting to flake off snd I hand washed it. I have only used a few times and this hasn’t happened with my other pot. The pot is very heavy and difficult to strain filled with water and pasta. I’m thinking about returning.

I only use wooden and bamboo cooking utensils on all my non-stick pots and pans. This 3.5qt saucepan is my first Anolon and is all scratched after a few uses! My other non-stick pots and pans that are years old are less scratched than this one. Very disappointed. I like that the rivets are flat in this and the pouring spouts are nice. It is however very heavy, especially when full. Not a fan and should've returned it while I had the chance.

Soooooo slippery. Believe the reviews that say this thing slides around, because it does! Very heavy too. Easy to clean and good size, but would have preferred deeper and smaller footprint and a bottom that doesn't slide everywhere.

It's a decent straining pot, especially for the price. The issue is with Angel hair and regular Spaghetti.. There is a gap open under the two straining sections of the lid because the pot has spouts that create the gap. You have to use the spouts to strain so there's no choice. Angel hair and regular spaghetti easily finds it way to these gaps. It's great for just about all other pastas though. Well made and easy to clean.

I am giving four stars to this product because it is perfect for me to boil chai, cleaning is easy but should be real careful and pay attention when the milk is boiling otherwise you will fine mesh on the stovetop.

Ordered the pan based on the item or product dimensions, only to receive a much smaller pan. The dimensions listed are for the product box and not the pan (which is almost 9" diameter and not nearly 12"). but great non-stick and weight.

The perfect pan. I have been using it for a month and it does everything. Great for popping into the oven. I will review again in a year.
