Coutellerie Tarrerias-Bonjean Laguiole Breakfast Set Composed of 1 Bread Knife, 1 butter spreader, and 1 Jam Spoon, all Stainless Steel, Full Tang

This is worth it just for the short bread knife. I'm not sure where I've placed the butter spreader (have plenty of those anyway) and jam spoon (I usually use demitasse spoons, but this one has a neat bend in it to hook it on to the lip of a jam jar) at this point, but the little bread/croissant knife gets frequent use on homemade whole-grain breads, muffins, biscuits, croissants, etc. Since I'm partial to honeybees, this brand's apparently signature little honeybees on these pieces were just a bonus. The box the set comes in would make it convenient for gift-giving.

I have many Languiole pieces, including the standard bread knife.This one is fun, since it is shorter. It can be placed on a dinner table and not look overwhelming. The spreader and spoon are cool, too.

This is one of those items that you should buy and have it on hand for company or anytime you want to make breakfast special.

This set is really nice. It does not say on the items that they are made in France but they are because I looked the Brand up The Bread knife is smallerthan a regular one because I figure it is for French Bread etc. The jam spoon is functional for all kinds of jar foods and the spreader is good forall kinds of foods to spread. The quality is great and they wash up great. I have not put them in the dishwasher yet I just wash them by hand. Ihave eight of these sets-some for gifts.
