Great for analog devices in a digital world
Works great with Zoom phone system. Using it to connect a Fax machine. Put the MAC address in Zoom, hit the factory reset button, and done. The pictures by the LAN in/LAN out ports (labeled LAN and Internet) are a little cryptic. (Internet is the line in)

Works well but not with obitalk.com
Device is 5 stars so far. It loses at least one star for broken website & instructions. I would take 2 stars, but the hardware works fine, and don't want to turn people off to it too much. Just plan on spending a good amount of time figuring it out.I ordered this thinking I was going to be able to use service through obitalk.com. When I tried to add the device to obitalk.com website, it would not take. I opened required port (10000 UDP to device), and even tried connecting directly to modem to eliminate firewall as issue. It would not connect. Though echo test calls worked, their server would not add device. I think issue is on their end (it has to be). The support links on obitalk are pointing to broken links. I was able to find a support email through 3rd party forum, and they did respond after about 48 hours. *But I found another solution by then*. Polycom was bought by another company and was renamed to Poly. Poly was recently bought by HP. I blame all of the management changes for the outdated information on obitalk website. Hopefully they get it resolved.*For anyone who needs working service without using obitalk.com, look into voip.ms. They have reasonable prices and instructions for setting up service on this (obi300/302) device. But instruction have you disable obitalk service, so you won't be able to use obi number or call other obi devices once you do so.

Not easy to setup and eventually did not for us
I am a very tech savvy person and although not a certified IT professional, I knew what I was doing. This product is very complex to setup, extensively so. And ultimately, it didn't work for us. Tech support was helpful but could not solve our problem with the product. While Poly is a well known brand and often very highly rated (our phone system uses Poly IP phones), this product is too complex for what it is supposed to do. The way that this product needs to be activated through a outside portal is convoluted in order to access the web-based setup system. If you have to add analog phone lines to your IP setup, I don't recommend this product. Also, at this point, we'll probably look for a completely different way to do what we need to do because this was way too complex. I don't recommend getting this product.

SEPTEMBER 2023 - NO POLYCOM or HP Support available on product!!
I purchased these two new Obi302 to replace aging Obi212 (EOS this year). When I got the new units, they would not register to the ObiTalk online management system. Started a Polycom support ticket, and I was passed around many times, and asked repetitive/redundant questions for 30+ days. Finally, I responded to a "did we solve your problem?" follow-up (problem unsolved), to get a message "product is out of support", "you now need to open a NEW ticket with HP" (who acquired Polycom). HP site has NO LISTING for the product, and you are unable to start a trouble ticket. I have used ObiTalk products before and thru the Polycom ownership with no issue. It appears HP has no interest in supporting Obi products from the former Polycom parent company. BEWARE!!!

Does NOT Work and you can't get your money back
The price on this product is jacked up and it does not even work. Tech support is rude. You cannot get a full refund. DO NOT BUY!!!!

Obi products at End of Life
Please do your research before you purchase any Obihai product(s). Many are at what is termed End of Life. Meaning no longer manufactured. Support for products ENDS in December, 2023. Device(s) rendered useless. If you doubt what I’m saying, check it out online. On the Obihai site and number other sites. Was all set to buy on Obi 202, until I read and did due diligence.

Reliable for FOIP
Setup for FOIP using t38fax.com service. They have setup guides on their site, reliable and cheap way to keep a physical fax machine in use on a VOIP network.

Took a bit of Googling...
But I was able to get this configured and working on my Google Voice for Workspace account. Minus one star because included instructions were incorrect and didn't actually work (not just not work for my situation, but the Obitalk site didn't find my device).Note: it does NOT work for consumer Google Voice without a third-party firmware.
