Great product!
Was having issues with concrete floor leveler not spreading out properly. I bought this spiked roller and it works exactly the way it's supposed to. My floors are perfectly level now!

helps to break chunks and smooth material
Over all this worked well.It seemed to break up the chunks of floor leveler that didn't mix well when in the bucket and helped to spread the leveler out.Clean up was ok but the spikes on the roller snag grass and leaves and hold on to them pretty good.

So useful e for applying self-leveller to floors.
This was a new to me product. It helps to spread self-leveller on floors. Did a great job smoothing the leveler and breaking surface tension and removeair bubbles. Floors dried soo smoothly. The plastic prongs were a little too deep for the depth we applied, if they had been a bit shorter it would have helped to spread the leveling Cement but we were only doing a thin coat. Cleanup was amazing! The leveling Cement came off the roller so easily, both when still wet when rinsed off and even when dried on like when we forgot to rinse it after use. We rolled it around and the Cement slid off. For the few areas it was deeper in the prongs we ran our gloved fingers over the prongs and it fell right out.

Why use a spiked roller for self-leveling floors?
This product has a broad head that covers a large swath in one stroke. With thicker pours, the head moves the material ahead or behind it, so be ready to lift and reposition the roller head depending on where you want the material, without being able to control the depth as with a gauge rake. The big thing though is that this roller does a very good job of in-place mixing at pour edges, breaking up clumps and blending the edges between pours before they can set unevenly. Bubbles are not really a problem if you have an egg-beater type mixer for the blending, but bubbles are not the real reason for using the roller. If it is taking you 3-5 minutes per sack, there will be some edge setting effects. Once a pour sets, however, do not try to re-liquify it with the roller b/c that won't work! The dimples look cute, but defeats the purpose. I don't think you can do without the screeding roller and this is a good one. Needs a short lockscrew and a long handle 15/16" at collar.

Easy to use and worked well!
Easy to assembly and very sturdy piece of equipment. Did the job well and worked much better than the other types of equipment that I have used in the past for the floor leveling product I used in my basement.

Makes easy work of leveling perfection
So glad I purchased. Have poured many floors and this one was absolutely perfect. Wish I would have bought sooner. Normally use a squeegee and trowel. If you are a pro, this has to be in your tool repituar.
