Solid keyboard with good battery life, but a bit heavy and super-flimsy pencil holder
I've had this case for almost a year now. It's proved to be for the most part well made. The keyboard is comfortable to use and wide range of action keys compliments the touch experience well. Keys are well-spaced and give good tactile feedback. Battery life has been excellent. I've only had to charge the keyboard maybe 3 times over the past year. Granted, I don't use it on a daily basis or anything, but I almost never turn it off either. The auto-sleep feature of the keyboard works well and doesn't turn it off too early. The swing/rotate pivot has worked well. I expected it to be less reliable, but it's proved me wrong. It's still a bit stiff to move, yet wobbly and not quite as "precise" when moving it around as I'd like, but it's usable. The case is also fairly heavy. That hasn't been a huge issue for me and is a fair enough trade for the great battery and flexible pivot mechanism. My main disappointment with the case is the pencil holder. I finally got a pencil a few months ago. The holder lasted ~2 months before it ripped. As it relies on the friction of the flexible loop to hold the pencil in place - the pencil won't stay in anymore. Annoying, for sure, but only an issue if you use a pencil. Overall - it's a good case. Great battery life and excellent backlit keyboard make it a solid choice for anyone looking for a bit more "laptopness" out of their iPad Pro - as long as you don't use a pencil. If you do - I'd suggest you look for an option with a different pencil retention/storage mechanism.

Consistent quality
I had used this same brand for an older iPad Pro 9.7" which was great and ordered this case for my iPad Pro 11. Easy to connect, battery lasts a good while, backlit keyboard lights up nicely. 3 reasons why I gave 4 starts on the "Easy to use"... 1, power button on the left is quite stiff, doesn't seem to align with the button where I need finger nail to wake up the iPad or take snap shots. 2, iPad tends to get to heavy when its open at a certain height where it'll fall back or tip forward. Need to prop it up against something when i want it to lean back beyond a 90 degree angle. 3, my last case with this same brand had a deep plum color, this model did not have as many color offerings. Had a family member make me design with Cricut on top of the black to distinguish which iPad is mine from all the other co-worker's iPads. Sticking with this case because I tried another case on Amazon where I kept losing connection after a week. It was replaced and the replacement did the same thing. This one hasn't failed me yet.

I know of no better keyboard case for iPad Pro 11”
This is my second iPad Pro keyboard case by this company and it’s gotten even better. My first one was for my 9.7” model. This one seems to have a much stronger battery. Besides having a very responsive keyboard that easily connects via Bluetooth, what you may not notice but is worth pointing out is that the keyboard layout features a wide, full-sized, right-shift key. Nearly all other keyboards of this type sacrifice this key and make it half-size in order to make the arrow keys full size. This, to me, is just pointless. The larger shift key is far more useful, and trying to type (or find) the smaller shift key is difficult if you are a touch-typist as I am.The case is good and solid and is well thought out. I “tried” to put my tablet in upside down (duh) and it would not fit! When I realized what I was doing, I flipped it over and it went in the frame easily. The 360º rotating option is a brilliant and helpful feature.I was a little concerned that the new Apple Pencil 2 wouldn’t fit to charge, but it snaps on easily, magnetically at the top just like it’s made to do. The only thing I don’t care for is the little rubbery=like loop on the left that holds the Pencil. It seems kind of like a cheap afterthought. It is handy and practical, however.I have the rose-gold model as I like the white keys, and the black frame from the space gray iPad looks pretty cool, I think.I highly recommend this keyboard/case.

Satisfied
I must start this off by saying it's well worth the money. I have had it for about a couple months and for the most part I'm happy with it. It's has a great (better than expected) battery life. The backlit keyboard is awesome. Now for the bad. First off I must say right out of the box it's a little on the too light weight side. When you have it resting on your lap it tends to flip bachwards. Sitting at the table it does just fine. The swivle/hinge is already showing signs that it's not going to last much longer. The hinge when opened has gotten a lot of play in it that I'm afraid that it will soon break. The leather Apple Pen holder worked great till after a month of use. It's now stretched and the pen just slides right out. Over all I thinks it's a great product for the money. If there was one that worked like this but with the current issues solved I would pay the extra money for it.

Great functional case; rose gold finish doesn’t hold up well.
I really love almost everything about this case. It definitely feels protective, the keyboard syncs easily, and the hinge works well to keep the iPad where you want it. However, looks are very important to me, and that’s the one downside for this case. I bought the rose gold version, and now 3 months later there are a lot of areas where the finish has discolored especially around the edges (and I’m not rough with it at all). Two of the little white feet also came off; I was able to find one but not the other, so now it’s always a little wobbly. Yes, they are small annoyances, but I don’t like that my case looks older and more worn than it should after only 3 months. However, the function is great, and if you aren’t worried about the rose gold cover, you should definitely go for this case!

LOVE this keyboard!
First time trying this brand of keyboard, but my third ipad keyboard in the last half dozen years or so and this one is by far my fave. Not too heavy, keys on the keyboard are easy for fast typers, has great battery life. The only reason I deducted by one star is because it took FIVE WEEKS to get it. I had spilled wine on my old keyboard which was dying anyway as I use it for work. Amazon deemed my order non-essential so while the vendor said it would be here April 3rd, a subsequent email from amazon said non-priority items were later and my 'new' delivery date was May 4th. NOT impressed, but since real estate is slow during covid, I went back to my old desktop. Oh well.

Well built but lots of frustrating keyboard shortcuts mapped to other already existing shortcuts
Overall this is not a bad keyboard. It is generally what you would expect. You can still charge the Apple Pencil while using and the design of the hinge is nice. There is one big issue with the shortcut keys and hot keys on the keyboard. Many of the shortcuts are mapped to the command and option keys which for me makes this unusable. For example typically option + left or right moves the text cursor one word to the left or right. Here it is mapped to changing the backlight color. This is very frustrating as every time I notice a typo a few words back I can’t use the keyboard shortcut that has become natural for me to use and instead you are forced to use the painful method of using the screen to move the cursor which is typically very difficult on touch screen devices. For me this makes this unusable as it reduces my typing speed by quite a bit. If this isn’t an issue for you though it is a great product.

Would go for a better quality
Battery life is long, but when it does die, it might not work again. Less than a year before it decided to stop holding a charge altogether. when it did charge finally the lights just kept flashing unless I turned the keyboard off so the battery would die right away anyways if I got up and walked away without turning it off.
