I used this matcha mixed with a protein powder to make a high protein "iced latte" (Actually cold brewed) and as straight hot matcha tea for sipping. Most people would probably find this too bitter as tea for sipping, brewed in the standard way. I like strong flavors, so the heavy grassiness/bitterness was OK for me. I also enjoy (and slightly prefer) the higher quality/premium grades from the same seller for this purpose, which are smoother and less bitter. The price is very competitive, although the unit price shown and picture are inconsistent with the description, which is accurate, and actual 2 package price shown. The customer service is excellent.

This is the best price for the amount of Matcha you are getting. The product arrived fast and in great condition. It even came with a small wooden spoon. I mainly use this in my kale/carrot smoothie, but also like it hot just as it is, nothing else added. When I'm running low, I'll order this again, if the price stays the same. Debi B.

Good matcha. It's bitter by itself though. It's good for stuff like lattes or cooking but not just with water.It woke me UP but not in a jittery, anxious way. I was going to take a nap, but this makes me feel like I don't need a nap anymore. I'm still tired though, but I can actually focus on my math problems.

I bought this to make my Matcha Green Tea Frappuccino’s. I love the Starbucks one but it is seriously unhealthy, so I found a copy cat version online and replaced some ingredients with healthier ones and used this Matcha and fell in love! I make it every morning at home and love the flavor of this Matcha! I even use it to make regular hot tea! It is a great quality and flavor, especially for the price! Will definitely buy again!!!

Excellent deal for such a good quality matcha. Tastes really great. I've used it for making traditional matcha, as well as making a matcha frappe.. it is SO flavorful!! Love this product! However, I'm saddened that I came back to purchase this again and it states that it is unavailable..

I have been stuck buying the small tiny containers of matcha for a few years now ever since I started drinking it and using it in baking. With this set I get a great size for a very decent price and the flavor is on par with most and actually better than some I've had. I will not need to buy as often but when I do - this will be the set I plan on buying from now on

I was looking for a low cost alternative to buying matcha lattes on a daily basis at a local coffee chain. I like to use a lot of powder in my lattes as I like a strong matcha flavor. Matchachino Green Tea Powder allows me to hit both points. A 16 oz. package will last me almost three months on a daily basis and the flavor is just as good if not better than what my local coffee retailer uses.
