WAS I HOODWINKED?!?!
I shopped for an ORGANIC white balsamic vinegar to use on salads. I had thought that this vinegar was produced by using the sweet grape must of organically grown Trebbiano grapes?!?! However, THERE'S NO CERTIFICATION ON THE BOTTLE SHOWING THAT THE PRODUCT IS INDEED ORGANIC. I reached out to the seller about this. They assured me that it IS organically produced. It's not certified organic, because of the costs involved. We like the vinegar. The seller responded promptly to my inquiry. BUT the whole thing just doesn't sit right with me.

This is the same brand I purchased at an Italian specialty store out of town and it's really SO GOOD.
