This is fairly inexpensive headset at $28 compared to some that cost $100-$200 dollars. I found it to be comparable in quality to a similar set my daughter bought at Walmart. Sound quality is good, as long as it doesn't rub against clothing. UPDATE 7/19/20: Although I was unable to call the seller, they did contact me after I sent an email and told me they would sent a replacement headphone. So I am happy that I received the new headphones today. Hopefully they will work just fine. But I feel better that they did honor the warranty.I bought these headphones less than 5 months ago. The on/off button is now totally broken. I used them probably less than 10 times. Very difficult to turn on, and you are never sure if they are on or off.Now that they are broken I tried reaching the seller. THEY HAVE A NON WORKING NUMBER LISTED. so even though the headphones have a year warranty, its impossible to get any restitution for them.STAY AWAY FROM THIS PRODUCT. not worth your money.

I rarely write reviews but felt compelled to review these. Don't waste your money. I bought a pair for my daughter for Christmas 2019 and by New Year's, they were broken. Wouldn't charge and basically useless.My husband bought another pair a few weeks ago without realizing this was the same pair that I ordered for Christmas. I almost return them right away because of the luck we had with the first pair, but decided to give them a chance. They worked for a while, though they weren't spectacular. Today, I pulled the earbud out like I always do and it ripped completely out. I went to see if I Was still within the return window, and of course, that ended last week. I'm extremely annoyed.

I am returning this and purchasing the more expensive pair. It was difficult to pair with my work and home cell phone. It was hard to answer the phone when I finally got them paired. The connection kept dropping. I thought about keeping them as a backup because the sound is good, however, they really do not do what I need them to do.

I bought these and thought "wonderful sound" so i got a pair for my daughter. Just a couple weeks and sound quality started to go. They are cheaply made in the area you plug the charger in to it, a few werks of having these and already having issues. I have to stick a paperclip to lift the thing the charger plugs into. My adult daughter's is doing that now too. Not worth the headache to contact the seller, getting a different brand.

I have only had this item for a month. Have only used it for about two weeks. While trying to turn it on after charging, I pressed the On/Off button which pushed into the unit. I was able to get it to work once after that, but now it won't turn on at all. It is fully charged, but won't work. I am very disappointed. For the two weeks that it worked, I loved it, but very short lived.

I loved the sound quality and the retractable earbuds. Good battery life but unfortunately as soon as the warranty ran out the right side stopped working:(I bought an extended warranty but I am hoping Bluenin will replace these because I really love them and use them daily? I recommend them and maybe I just got a bad one?

They work most of the time. Sometimes it takes me a while to even turn it on and off, I have to wiggle my finger around. Sometimes they connect and my audio is showing it’s playing on my phone but nothing is coming out of the earpieces. So I have to turn it off and back on again. I should have just went with a more expensive brand. They look nice though.
