Great book. Each chapter offers a new little nugget of insight into motivating yourself and others. While each chapter isn't something 'new' (there are 100 ways to motivate people in this book, so hopefully you should already be aware of a few of those ways), each chapter frames that insight in a way that makes it tangible- easy to apply and relate to. Also, the chapters are short, so it's easy to squeeze one in between tasks.

Great book, easy to read and very simple yet strong messages

i have read this book at least 3 times. So much described in this book is common sense. It is truly must have for first line managers! With many companies freezing salaries these days it is really difficult for management to keep employees engaged and motivated. I have incorporated many of the strategies immediately after reading this book and the results have been really positive.

Nachdem ich das Buch von Steve Chandler mit den 100 Tipps, wie man sich selbst motiviert gelesen habe, musste ich auch dieses lesen und muss sagen ich bin mehr als begeistert. Natürlich kommen ein paar Dinge darin vor, die auch in dem anderen Buch stehen, was auch logisch ist, aber es gibt doch noch viele weitere Tipps, wie man vor allen Dingen ein guter Anführer/Leader wird. Dieses Buch sollte eine Pflichtlektüre für jeden Manager, Politiker und vor allem Lehrer sein.
