Fast working!
I bought these for my cat with upper respiratory issues and within three days of treatment her symptoms significantly diminished. Her eyes are no longer runny and the sneezing has stopped. While i can't speak for the taste, her reaction says they must be quite good. My cat jumps for joy when she hears me get the container out and impatiently waits for her "treat". She now reminds me when it's time. The treats are a bit thick and are harder in texture than some but this hasn't been a huge issue. The treat does not have a soft, squishy texture nor does it have the hard, crunchy texture of kibble but is somewhere in between.

Way too hard
I have purchased other NaturVet supplements and have never had the issue I had with these lysine chews. They are so hard. Not expired and they were sealed. Not sure what happened but my cat can't even chew them and I can barely cut them in half with a serrated knife.

Helps cats immune
My cats eyes were suffering from the forced heat of the winter months after 2 days of these his eyes are all cleared. He seems to eat them up no issues just like giving him regular treats!

Stray and feral cat refuses to eat them :/
Hate to give this product a bad review, because it seemed like a decent product for a decent price (which is why I ordered it, obviously), but the cat I bought it for will not eat them. I take care of a stray feral cat, who got sick and completely lost her voice/meow. Although she's stray and feral, she is quite spoiled and picky about her food. I tried to sneak one of these into her pile of treats, but when she came to it, she spit it out. So I broke it up into smaller pieces and tried to sneak it back into her next pile of treats, and she ate every single piece of her cat treats except the pieces of this chew. Oh well, I'm only out $10. And she recovered her voice anyway in about 4 days or so. I think I'd be better off just buying Lysine and mixing the powder into some wet food or tuna.

The ONLY healthy treat where I can hide my cat's medication
... not just helps with the lysine -my cats have calicivirus and this works awesomely- but also if I make an indentation I can hide in them my cats pills, it seems to be 100% better than pill pockets, so, my guess is they probably taste fantastically good. They all LOVE them.

Made my cat sick
These are hard and my cat refused to eat them, I cut them up and mixed them into her regular food,,,she ate them and has been throwing up all over the house for three days. To add insult to injury, they are non returnable

Cat wont eat due to smell or lack of? Great brand however.
Cat refuses smell? They arent too hard, the smell is very mild so she refuses them. Like a more pungent smell like with the pounce treats. She really needs these as it's the 5th lysine product I've tried that's equal to vets recommendation? Cats born with feline herpes that attacks their eyes as in my Heidi's case need the lysine to stop outbreaks of eye infection and sm pimples on chin. I guess I'm going to try grinding them into her pate food? Kittens born on a dairy farm are born with the feline herpes. Yup! She was born on the farm 9 yrs ago. It affected her eyes, the virus can attack any part or organ! I'm grateful it was just her eyes though not grateful for it at all. The eyes are the easiest to treat providing the cat isnt a stray! That's were the damage sets in bad. I keep her ointment on hand also. 1 maybe 2 outbreaks a yr! This lysine would prevent that but it's a problem for most cat owners to get the lysine in a form they will take?
