This cart is perfect for my building that does not have an elevator from the parking lot area! I searched all over the internet for a cart that could do all of what this one does. There's no other like it!I was SO over making 4 trips to the car to take groceries, mall trip, or other items inside 😩! I'm a grab-as-much- as-I- can-in-one-trip type gal.A friend of mine said, he once had a cart that could climb stairs so I started searching.This one climbs stairs, holds heavy things, and has an extra large bag with a laudry-type top to it for over flowing and unstructured items. I couldn't be more happy with this purchase!

A piece broke off the first time I used it, customer service sent me a new piece and I am back in business again.

Got one and had to return because button to push to raise handle was permanently stuck in depressed position but the handle would not budge. Got second one and with quite a lot of pressure i could raise the handle. However, no amount of pushing the button would let me lower the handle. These need to be reengineered. Dismayed at handle design. Have completely lost small storage benefit.

This was a great idea for anyone that lives up flights of stairs. I live on a third floor, so this cart was amazing for bringing things up to the apartment. A total life saver for grocery shopping! However, I can't give it more than a few stars because I got it in May, and it is unusable by July. Didn't go crazy with hauling super heavy objects or anything of the sort, but it bit the dust yesterday. The bottom stand to hold the cart upright snapped while I was setting a fridge pack of Coke in the cart. Not a total deal breaker, but then as I was taking the cart up the last flight or stairs, the piece holding on one of the sets of wheels came off, which meant the wheels on one side fell off. Now it's dead, Jim. Next time, I don't listen to the bf and throw away the paperwork before registering for the warranty!

I use this to haul things back and forth to my work. It keeps things higher than most so as to keep out of the wet/snow. I love that it fits multiple bags/items. I am very pleased with this purchase.

This was extremely helpful for my grandmother. She was able to only take one trip of her groceries up the stairs with this cart! Truly helpful. Would reccomend!

Unfortunately mine got stuck and would not adjust. I contacted the seller and after a short conversation I was issued a refund. Nice understanding folks! So I think I'm looking for something a little different. I would not hesitate to do business with this Company again.
