Friendship Dairy Cottage Cheese, No Salt Added, 16 oz

I love that this cottage cheese has no added salt (sodium) in it. And, it really tastes great! I try to watchy sodium intake, and all other cottage cheese has a lot of sodium per 1/2 cup. I just wish that this no salt cottage cheese came in a larger container.

The texture and flavor of this cottage cheese is excellent. I like that there is no salt as I am on a salt restriction diet and it is near impossible to find products sans salt. So I highly recommend this product.

If you’re watching your salt intake, this is the only product I’ve found that has no salt added. To improve the taste, I mix in a spoonful of yogurt. Unfortunately Whole Foods has been out of it quite frequently when ordering for home delivery.

Not too dry or too runny. Delicious taste without the saltiness of other brands.

Absolutely delicious ! Consistency, flavor and freshness were perfect to my taste. I used to buy the fat free kind in Safeway bran but it has become way too salty, I switched to their no salt added kind. This brand is pretty much the same as its Safeway counterpart. I ordered here while covid. Good product !

I was trying to find a low fat cottage cheese I like and bought 2 brands and compared. Unfortunately, I chose this no salt version and I think that was the difference. Perhaps it's fine in a recipe but if you are just eating it with fruit, there is no flavor. I chose the other brand over this only because it was no salt.

No salt added. The only cottage cheese out there that doesn't add salt! I buy for my parents who take blood pressure meds. Thank you for making this!*Would be good if this red container was more easily distinguishable from the pink 1% salted container.*

even aside from the lack of salt, which can be remedied for those who tolerate salt well, the flavor is absolutely bland and the texture is dry and unpleasant. honestly, i didn’t think it was possible to do this bad a job of cottage cheese. just buy something, anything, else.
