I love this product! It gets hot just like I need. The neck actually heats up as well unlike a lot of them. It's long and covers my whole back. It's soft and comfy, not stuff. It's my new favorite. I got it on sale and was totally worth the money. If you suffer from neck, shoulder and back pain then this will be your new best friend. It has automatic shut offs for 30 60 and 90 minutes and it also has six heat settings that go up to a hundred and fifty degrees.

Update on 10-4-20So disappointing! I bought this in December 2019, less than a year ago for $26.59. They've just about doubled the price and I'm really shocked by that. I was going to get a second one but not at this new price.------ALL RPOS!I was nervous about buying the wrong pad and did tons of comparisons, probably too many, lol. But I got it right because I love, love, love this heating pad. It's snowy outside and I'm sooooo cozy. It gets nice and toasty. To be honest, I press my back against the chair back sometimes to feel even more heat! I love that the controller is intuitive and the digital read-out updates to let you know what the current temp is. Upon turning it on, I can watch it climb rapidly to the desired temperature (max 150 degrees). And it heats up very, very fast. Takes maybe 30 seconds?The heating coils extend into the neck area and keep my neck cozy, too. Just love this. Some of the work I do has me hyper-extend my arms (yeah, not good) and in the past I'd get brutal back spasms. This pad has kept that from happening. Now I just need a smart watch to remind me to stretch every 20 min. :)It's so, so soft! You can feel the coils but not in a jarring way because the velour is so luxurious. And it looks really well-made.NO CONS!However be aware that the heating pad does not replace a hot water bottle in circumstances where you would want intense heat for healing or pain management. Obviously, you can't make a heating pad that provides that level of heat like, say, 190 degrees. It would be a fire hazard!In summary, I'm happy with this purchase to such a degree (see what I did there?), that it surprised me. Buy with confidence.

I LOVE this heat pad. I have used a cheap little pad with a thin cover that always got bunched up, had inconsistent heat and just wasn’t very good for years. This pad is like the Cadillac of heat pads! The size, the soft cover, timer and heat regulation are amazing! If you’re worried about it not getting hot enough-don’t worry, it will get HOT if that’s what you want. I give it an A+ and would buy another one in a heartbeat.Edit: 1/06/2021 Well I decided I would try to wash it and did so per instructions but now it’s showing what I’m assuming is an error code of F2 and doesn’t work.Edit: 1/10/2021 So I contacted the company and was completely blown away by their customer service. In two emails I had a new pad on the way AND they credited my Amazon account for half the price I paid for the original pad! Really impressed with their customer service. I probably won’t put the whole thing in the washer next time even though it says you can. I think I will just surface clean it.

When I first plugged in the heating pad, it warmed up quickly but then I noticed that the temperature on it kept dropping and it would not stay warm and eventually went cold. I only got about 20 minutes of use out of it. I tried following the troubleshooting instructions to turn it off, unplug and let it sit for a few minutes before turning back on, but it did the same thing. It isn't much good if it only stays hot for a short period of time.

Heat levels are good. You have some mobility if you need to get up from a chair and move a few feet in any direction. We like to keep our temperature in the house a little lower in the winter in the evening while watching TV or reading and heating pad keeps you cozy. A good buy.

I would highly recommend this product if you have chronic back pain. Heats up fast and it's highest setting is more than hot enough for even the most hard core user.

My mom (78) really likes this item. I got it for her shoulder and she wears it while watching TV. She says it keeps her warm and helps relieve some of the pain. Sometimes she'll even use it on her knees.

I knew it didnt have a massage setting before I got it but that would help more honestly. The heat works but it just doesnt fit my smaller body frame tight enough to hold the heat close enough for me to get the full benifit from the heat.
