This product met and exceeded expectations. It is super soft and comfortable, it is attractive, well made and at a lower cost than the ones that are currently being advertised everywhere else. You have to squeeze it pretty hard when you roll it up to put it back in the bag but it's not an issue and every time has worked really well. I also like the mesh bag because it makes it smaller by quite a lot and attaches to a backpack very conveniently. I have flown two long International flights with it so far and feel it is the best flying pillow I have ever owned! I want to name it! I've already gifted it to two friends who travel quite a bit as well.

Product arrived as described. It seems like it will do the job though I won't know for sure until my trip in April. It came with a pair of earplugs as well as a sleeping mask. I wore it around the house for a few hours just to see if it was comfortable and so far, so good. Only issue is getting it back into its carrying case. I did get it in, however it's very tight.

I used this on two recent airplane flights one was a 10 hour flight and the other was 3 hours. The item is a little bulky when in the travel case but it can fit inside a backpack because it’s soft. It also has a clip so you can secure it outside a bag. I sat in both a middle seat and window seat. This neck pillow was so comfortable because I could lean my head in any direction and still get great support. I highly recommend this if you’re traveling.

This saves me every time I travel, no matter the flight length. It is extremely comfortable and allows me to sleep for extended periods of times of flights. The best thing for me is that you can fold this up into a little carrying case, and put this in your under the seat bag. Something about keeping your travel pillow out in the open while you're at the airport gives me the ick, so being able to keep it in my bag is a huge plus for me.

This product is nice. I bought it for a trip to Europe. Definitely a quality product. My issue is that size wise, it's for pretty small necks. I'm thick and have a short neck. I could barely fasten the velcro and it made it pretty uncomfortable. I ended up using it without the strap, which did work. But I would say depending on your size, this may not be the item for you. But again, the quality was great, if folded up nicely, and felt good. It was just more for skinny necked people.

We purchased two of these neck supports for an international flight. These neck supports are perfect in size. They are soft but very supportive. Unlike the “u” shaped neck supports , these hold your head securely. They are adjustable and you can turn them depending on the length of your neck to give you more support.

Fine. Got me through a 15hr flight. Bulky though.

Great pillow I fly every week and this pillow supports my neck and the material is so soft.
