Looks so elegant in a guest bath - anywhere really. The scents of course do not disappoint and the lather is perfect. A definite splurge but it’s the little things sometimes.

I got a wrong or defective item. I want a refund.
The one you showed on the image says "savon pour les main" but the one I got is gel nettoyant. I used Byredo's Tulipmania hand wash a couple of times before and this is definitely NOT the one. This one smells so horrible it makes me nauseous, and even the texture is not the same!!!!

Came da manger and leaking
Arrived damaged and defective. Bottle was broken and leaking. Can’t send it back for refund it’s so messy.
