This was a gift for my daughter for Christmas. She was happily surprised ....it was exactly what she wanted. Very nice and fluffy, well made. She has used it on her bed every day since she got it. She's gone through 4 other comforters (Beds in a bag) But this one stays . her bed always. Easy care, washes well in our washer, still looks great. Would definitely recommend and would order again. Price was very reasonable for this high quality item.

I travel often to a remote area near Antarctica, with little heat and poor insulation. Everything there must be imported and as such is very expensive. When I saw this white goosedown comforter with such a high (1200) thread count of Egyptian cotton content, I was mesmerized. The "sale" price was unbelievable for the product as described. On my last trip to the states I picked one up and brought it with me on my next journey to that cold and rainy environment.Like other reviewers, I found the package to be both small and lightweight, which was no surprise to me as my extra-large goose down sleeping bag is also quite light and stuffs into a tiny sack. It also helped in transporting my item so far away.I bought a duvet cover to protect the white cotton outside of the comforter from dust, stains, etc. After spreading it on my bed and climbing under (I got a King size duvet for a Queen sized bed) I found that the goose down wraps itself around the bed and body, hanging down with plenty of extra bedding down the sides and bottom of the bed to keep drafts and cold air from seeping in.My experience with the product has been beyond expectations. It is warm, comfortable, and helps to cradle the body with a light, comforting layer of heat (reflected from the body and insulated under the duvet).I would definitely purchase another one and gladly recommend it. If you haven't slept under high quality white goose down, give yourself the favor of this friendly-to-the-budget treat!

I think this is rated as all season but there is no way I’ll be keeping this on any season but winter. I keep our heat very low at night because I like my blanket to keep me warm….well this does that and more! I am waking up sweating which I guess means I can turn the heat down even further. Definitely recommend for cold people. Also I really like the fluff and the ties for the duvet. Very soft and nice overall.

I spent a long time researching comforters before selecting this one (reading hundreds of other reviews). I have been very happy with my choice.When the product first arrived I will admit that the packaging left me feeling uneasy and skeptical about the product. The description mentions "beautiful zippered packaging" but I would call it generic plastic wrap with a piece of paper inside. This is the reason for only 4 stars. But, we looked past the packaging and put it on the bed to give it a try, and we are very happy!Disclaimer, I am a hot sleeper, but my wife is a cold sleeper. During the summer I can not stay under this comforter, but I can't really stay under any comforter during the summer. However, during the winter this is a fantastic comforter for both of us. I don't get too hot, and she stays happily warm. I can't count how many times she has mentioned how happy she is with this comforter (at least weekly since we have owned it, almost a year).We did purchase a duvet to put over the comforter, and with that on, we have not noticed any loss of down (even when removing the duvet to wash). As with any down comforter, a good fluffing is required to keep it "light and fluffy" over time, but even after a long period of just hanging on the bed I have never noticed any cold/hot spots from the down bunching up.We believe this is a fantastic buy, especially based on the price here on Amazon.

I've been searching for a while for a great deal on a king size, high thread count, goose down duvet. We have had a full/queen that I received as a gift years ago, but it just doesn't fit on the queen size bed or in the queen duvet cover as I would want it to or expect. I was tempted to be cheap and go with the down alternative since it was close to half the price of the actual down, but I'm glad I didn't. This is so warm and cozy and soft. it did seem fairly thin when I first unpacked it, but I spread it out across the bed and let it be for about 10 hours and then fluffed it a bit, like a parachute. It has fluffed up quite a bit and the feathers seem well distributed within each baffle box. It is still lightweight in the sense that you don't feel weighted down, yet it keeps you very warm. We like it pretty cold in the bedroom (around 60 degrees, even in the winter) and this keeps us extremely warm. As for the size, if you are looking for something to hang over the top surface of your bed and cover at least the sides of the mattress and you have a queen, I would definitely buy the King Size duvet and and King Size duvet cover. Not much difference in price and it is well worth the comfort, especially when it comes to two people. I have searched all of the discount stores (big lots, home goods, tj maxx, marshalls, etc) and online (overstock, amazon, etc) and this is the best deal I have found.

Not filled with down or feather, smaller than the specified measurements, no piping, baffle boxes don't go to edges as pictured, fabric low quality, came packaged in a vaccum sealed bag wrapped up in about 5lbs of packing tape. Company did not respond to my request for a return and amazon refunded me. When I requested a return label to send it back they told me to donate it, no effort to understand why I was returning it or how they could make it right. This company seems to be a scam or something. Disappointed that amazon is continuing to give them a platform to sell from.

Exceeded my expectations for the price. Definitely very lofty and every square is equally filled. Nice packaging, no bad smell. Doesn't lose down while fluffing. Medium/Heavy weight. Will be too warm in summer but great for all cool seasons. All quality cotton covers make a bit of crunching noise and this is no exception. However with a duvet cover, it dampens the crinkling. Has loop holes to attach duvet covers. Other brands had slightly smaller dimensions than this King so I am happy with this size.

It's pretty warm for a summer duvet, but the quality is EXCELLENT
