It's Rechargeable
I use it to unlock a gate with a combination lock, almost every morning, It is very bright and does the trick.

This review is for the 200 lumen penlight. Comes with charging cable but no wall wart.
It does NOT have a swivel bracket.It has a pull out hook on bottom and a magnet.First push is the flat front light, which is bright enough to light up a room. Second push is a flashlight at the front that is more like a penlight.I like that it is rechargable as my family cannot steal the batteries out of it to use in other devices so I always have a flashlight that works.The charging port is on the back, not the bottom as shown in the photos. Looks different than what is shown (see photo with soda can)Comes with charging cable but no wall wart.

Excellent Value
I cannot speak to its longevity, which is always an issue with chinese products. (not Taiwan!) but seems well built, is very bright, battery lasts a long time, magnet is strong. Very useful when working under a dashboard for example.

Light weight and rechargeable...
Light weight and rechargeable .. a minor design flaw .. the on and off switch is located on the same side as the bright light location so when you switch on the light you get blinded by the light. Solved by turning the light with the switch on the bottom and it will not blind you..

Nice and bright, wish was a little smaller to fit in pocket better.

Junk
Worked great for a month, then the small led went out. Then the bigger LED light accidentally turned on while it was in my cargo pocket, got so hot that it burnt my fingers and the bulb melted & warped. The manufacturer says they have a warranty, but I've contacted them several times through their website and they won't answer me back. Their email address doesn't work and they have no contact phone number either. Just avoid it and buy something brand name.
