Great replacement screen. Color and touch is great, functions and looks just as OEM screen did. Includes tools, screen protector and soft phone case. No complaints.

i bought this to replace the screen on my phone obviously, less than a year later the screen has since failed and they will not make good on their product. had i known that this would fail so soon after buying this i would have just upgraded my phone. i was trying to get more than a year and a half out of my phone and should have just gotten a new phone. this screen randomly stopped working and the touch screen stopped working. when i had brought it to the phone repair place they had said that the cause of it was the wiring was placed improperly on the back of the screen and caused the screen to fail. the repair guy said that they do this so that it lasts just long enough to outlive the warranty. my warranty literally just expired a couple weeks ago and they wont replace it. save yourself the time and money and just get a new phone or have a factory screen put on there. seriously disappointed in this product and will never recommend to anyone.

It looks like the original screen! I often find that replacement displays from amazon work fine (70% of the time) but the plastic assembly it sits in is slightly too small or too thick and will always look a little DIY-ish but not this one. I was really impressed with how well this display is put together and how it fits so nicely.

The product itself is a great soft OLED replacement for iPhone X. While the visible brightness/contrast is not exactly at par with original OLED screen but its quite close, I would say. The build quality of the replacement is indistinguishable from the original. The bundle includes all the tools necessary for replacing the screen. However, the included manual/replacement guide is not great. I followed iFixit's guide and was able to conveniently replace the cracked screen on my iPhone X in about 1 hr. Tip: Just make sure you are relaxed before starting the repair and leave an extra hour on your schedule for possible errors. Overall, for about $120, I am very happy with my purchase. Just for reference, the cheapest quote I got from a 3rd party technician to replace the screen was $160.

It’s a used screen has glue on it scratches and dings

Normally iPhone replacement parts can be a bit sketchy, but I was pleasantly surprised after rush ordering this screen. It is actually an OLED display, comes with a case, screen protector, and all the repair tools (a fairly nice set of tweezers compared to my battery replacement kit from another vendor).When I first opened the box, I thought all the extra stuff was a gimmick and the screen would be garbage. However, it supports 3D Touch, auto-brightness, and perfect black. It seems to have the same range of brightness as OEM. Not sure where it’s a hard or soft OLED, but I don’t plan on dropping it anytime soon.UPDATE: I was wrong. The screen literally cracked in my pocket after sitting down. Definitely signs of OLED striping and very poor greyscale consistency. Using a few 25% grey tests, the bottom of the screen is nearly jet black while the top half of the screen is greenish gray.If the crack doesn’t get much worse, then I’ll slap a screen cover and it and wait for the next iPhone cycle in September.However - this screen is not a viable replacement if you’re planning to have you X for longer than a few months.

Was a bit worried given some of the other reviews for this screen. It was perfect. Everything works. Looks like soft led to me. Touch sensitivity is perfect and easy to access flashlight and camera which some after market displays are bad at.
