Bolner's Fiesta Extra Fancy Brisket Rub, 32 oz

We bought this large brisket rub to smoke several briskets for my sister's fundraiser. We still have quite a bit left! We smoked about 25 pounds of brisket with this. This rub always tastes great and works well, especially if you let it sit for a while first.

I’ve used this on brisket and beef ribs smoked over pecan. Really good flavors—intensity in a good way. It is very salty, not a big deal for brisket except on end cuts. A bigger factor with beef ribs where there’s a lot of seasoned surface in each bite. I’ll skip this on ribs moving forward but I’ll find plenty of uses for it.

I really like the mix of seasonings in this rub. It's not too hot but has a nice flavor. Good value.

I smoked a brisket and this seasoning was exactly what I was hoping for! We have used many of the Bolner brand seasonings and have never been disappointed!! We have now added the brisket seasoning to our pantry!!

Marinate your steak with this seasoning, Worcestershire sauce, and garlic powder. It is amazing! You will never go back! And, of course, use it on your brisket.
