While they are slow to charge, I'm talking 8 hours +, they're so reliable. They've gone with us on every road trip/flight for the last 2 years.They don't do fast charging, but it's so nice to have 1-1.5 full phone charges just sitting in your bag. It saved me in Spain when I forgot my EU charger.

I bought 2 portable charging banks. This one and a different brand. This one works ok, but I can only recharge my phone 2 times with this one before this needs to be recharged itself. Whereas, the other brand I bought will recharge my phone 3-4 times before I have to recharge it.Update: I bought this the end of September 2023. It is now the beginning of August 2024, and this no longer works. It shows that it's charged (i.e. all of the lights are fully lite); but, it no longer charges my phone. If I plug my phone in to this overnight by the following morning my battery level will be much lower than it was the night before. For about the month or so prior to this it would only charge if the phone wasn't in use, if I used the phone for texting or searching the internet even plugged in to this the battery level would decrease. It only charged if the phone wasn't being used at all. Now it will no longer charge at all.So, when it was new it was good and slowly, with time, it wore out. I don't know what the life expectancy of one of these is; but, I suppose nothing lasts forever, and 10 1/2 months seems pretty good I guess, I mean it was almost a year.

I purchased this charger to take on vacation in case if my phone died however I have an iPhone 14+ and it’s bigger than my phone so I had to return it. I never tried it, but I would say it probably works pretty well.

This review is for the product itself, not how well I received my item by mail.The battery pack works well but to charge itself, it takes about 5 hours. I'm using the micro USB supplied with an Amazon branded 9W brick combo to charge it. The charge port titled 5V/1A is the port that will fast charge. Port 5V/2.1A will just maintain current battery percentage and not charge your device to capacity. It works great for 1 device at a time and if you have 5 hours to wait for the battery pack to charge before or after.
