I bought this to install on the side of my Micke Ikea desk which is about 41 inch since it's not a regular thing flat desk where I can clamp the mic arms. It works like a charm even thought this mic arm was meant for a wall. One thing I will note is that I didn't use the plugs and screws to install the mount onto my desk, I used different shorter screws. I see reviews of people complaining about the lack of sturdiness, but just make sure you screw it hard enough and it'll be good. Overall I'm really happy with the purchase as I can move it anywhere I'd like along with rotating it. I believe this is literally the only available wall mounted mic boom arm so I recommend it.

It's a good wall mount for a microphone. The range of motion isn't that great, but as long as you set it up and don't have to move it much, it will work (eg, like at your computer desk).The springs can be easily removed, to slightly increase the range of motion. However, if you do this, the arm will not hold its position well and might slowly sag.

Looks great but does NOT fit a Blue Yeti Nano mic. You MUST have the adapter that comes in the box with the Nano. If not, you must order a 1/4" to 5/8" SCREW ADAPTER. Had to find this iut from Google. This seller (and many others) should explain this or add the adapter and the correct pictures and diagrams in the instructions. P.S. no instructions came with the boom mount arm, just what is on Amazon description pivtures. Very frustrating. Hope this explanation helps others

This product is just good not the greatest but also not the worst. It works for what you need it to work for but you are getting what you pay for. Love it though 8/10
