Update: February 21, 2018: I wanted to update my review after speaking to the seller about my damaged necklace. The seller sent a replacement right away. The new necklace arrived without damage and looks as described. Great customer service. I give 5 stars for both service and product.Original Review: The chain arrived with a huge knot in it that wouldn't come out. The material is so flimsy and fragile that if you try to get the knot out, it would probably break. I am requesting a refund for the necklace. I am unable to wear it because the knot shortened the side of the chain that has the clasp on it, and it won't allow the chain to hang like it is supposed to. Very disappointed.

Bought the silver one and crossed my fingers! It was so cute! I added on my own new extender before presenting it as a gift for my daughters doctor. Her doctor was thrilled! She put it right on. The heart side of the chain was attached to the stethoscope loop so it can’t fall out as some early reviews had mentioned. Not sure how it wears though but i was happy to give it as a gift.

The design I truly love it ,the heart is not easy to fall off,delicate necklace,with a beautiful bag in the CHUYUN box,very nice, looks expensive!

It came in a beautiful little package that's easy to gift to a friend or family member that is a nurse. I, however, gifted myself. Lol. I've been wearing it to work religiously and it's held up to the demands of 40+hr workweeks of hands-on care. I get compliments from all my patients. Very very pretty!
