No Waterfall Just Rising Smoke
Very disappointed. Looks very pretty but doesn't do what it's supposed to. The smoke just rises, no waterfall effect at all. Tried 3 times in different locations but no luck. Am sending back for a refund.

Disappointed
I have just received this burner and cannot understand how to use it, no instructions. The incense cones if placed on top of the burner look like they could fall off. Is there something else missing to hold the cones to the burner. Is there supposed to be a sensor? I may be returning this sooner rather than later if I cannot get some instructions please please advise?

Smoke just rises whats the point i thought it was meant to travel down like a waterfall

Doesn't work very disappointing
I have tried 3 times and it doesn't work, the smoke barely reaches the 2nd level of the waterfall. Very disappointing

Love this really does look like a waterfall, so relaxing to watch.

Stinking residual odour
The smoke went in the right direction unlike other people's experience but without a light shining in it you could barely see the effect unless you got up close and then the air movement destroyed the effect. Worse than that the residual smell left in the object once the insence is burned is worse than the smelliest ashtray imaginable. Even washing it in hot soapy water didn't get rid of it. I had to put it outside to banish the smell from the house. Very disappointed.
