such a nice Ice machine.....
we had a plumber connect this and a bottle filling station together.....Ice machine works very well and has really put out some Ice.....ice bin stays full and pauses itself when full....keeps ice frozen and it looks good....not bulky at all....

WARRANTY SUCKS
Do not buy from Manitowoc!! They do not like to warranty their products. Nothing but a run-around! I had an ice machine for 1 week, and it broke down and now I am being told that they don't know when they will ship the part to the warranty installer whom they recommended I call for service. The part is in stock but they will not sell it to me. Their warranty is a joke. DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT!!!

Good Quality Machine
Have had this product of a couple years now, still producing good ice and a fast rate. Good quality machine. It runs constantly throughout the summer to keep with our ice needs for a fire crew. We shut it off in winter and restart in summer without any issues.

Ice machine was good when it worked
Ice machine was good when it worked. But 1.5 years after purchase it died. Still under warranty I was pleased. However, it is now 2 weeks without an ice machine and requires us to purchase ice daily for average of $75/day while we wait for the only service provider in the state of Vermont to service the machine. First week, wrong part. Now second week, still waiting... Guess fixing warrantied products is not high on the priority list. Wish Manitowac would step in to help the situation. We are now half way to the purchase of a new ice machine just in daily bagged ice purchases! My recommendation: know who your service provider is before you buy and pray it never breaks down!

Great Ice Machine
Great ice machine. If you are using in a residence, like we are, it is a little loud. Otherwise, it would be 5 stars.

She's a pretty girl! 😁
We call her "Shelly" and LOVE her. Her home is a church kitchen and makes ice for use on Sundays and Wednesdays to about 100 members. She's new and novel, but has so far served us well. We had her installed by a professional plumber, which the plumber said was pretty straight forward. Shelly started working promptly. She filled up in no time. Shelly is a bit noisy when her fan runs, but once she's full the noise doesn't last very long. She is sturdy and operates smoothly. I highly recommend this unit. I will update my review around December - she'll be in use about 6 months then.

Loud loud loud
LOUD!! The bin isn’t insulated so it’s going constantly and it is SO loud! I contacted seller to ask if there was any way to help it be quieter (upgrading the fan or something) and the seller just said it’s meant to be in the back of the restaurant. More like the back parking lot. It’s the loudest piece of equipment I think I’ve ever owned in my restaurant and it’s just too loud. I’m buying a new unit and going to sell this one.

Delivered to my house garage
To have an ice machine to use for house everyday use, camping trips, fishing trips, boating trips, etc.. Great value, delivered early and not that hard to install if you are a handy man!
