Use on rubber seals and as a Dielectric
I used to use this normally at my previous job as an A&P Mechanic. This was mostly used on door seals and any other seals/moving parts. It lubricates and conditions the rubber (Both closed and open cell) and acts like a water repellent. I have since moved on to become an engineer so my direct involvement has gone down unfortunately. But I recent bought a CPO truck and just wanted to make sure it lasts for many years. I bought this tube and put it on all my door seals and even the wire tubes for the doors and the doors actually open and close much easier which is impressive as the truck only has 26,000 miles on it.I have since put this on the door and sun roof seals of my girlfriends 02 CRV and it again helped with the movement and cut down on some wind noise.**NOTE** If you do put this on door seals or any other parts, you DO NOT need a lot. Just enough to get a slight sheen, there is no need to cake it on. All you will do is waste it.Aside from rubber conditioning this is also a great dielectric grease when you need one.

Great for antennas!
The best dielectric compound that you can buy. Hands down. I use this in all of my antenna connections, and after years of being behind a sealed coax connection, the compound was still there, and hadn't broken down. This is the stuff you want to use in amateur or commercial antenna applications.

It is great for electrical connections
I first bought a large tube at a surplus store in about 1966. It is just now nearly gone. When I went online looking for it, I really did not expect to find it. It is great for electrical connections, replacing bulbs in cars, and to lubricate valves in sinks and tubs. It does not seem to get washed away by hot or cold water. Very happy to have found that it is still available. It does not take much to do the job, so this tube should last a long time too.

Expensive, but you get what you pay for. I use it to lube the oil filter gaskets for both my airplane and truck. Also seals the exterior battery terminals. (Don't place the grease between the clamps and posts--it's non conductive).

Best stuff ever.
Got this for my electrical connections on my 89 Jaguar xjs. The connections are exposed to any moisture they oxidized and break connection. This solves it.

This is the stuff. I have been using it for years. It is a non- hardening silicone grease. It seeems to be exactly what come in OEM electrical plugs and such. Great for keeping salt and moisture out of automotive electrical connections. Works great under heat shrink tube

Very useful for marine and outdoor electrical applications
Can use to coat wires before crimping or wire nuts. Same stuff as use in outdoor connectors. Great for outdoors and boats. Does not effect electrical connection and prevents corrosion.

Excellent
Great product. Use this stuff on electrical connectors on heavy equipment and electrical automotive components to prevent corrosion and prevent inundation of water.
