Does it have any zesty/ citrusy flavour? as I don’t like those favours in honey.

This honey does not have a citrusy flavour. It is a lovely tasting honey very thick and can be spread on bread or put in drinks. I've bought it twice now and will buy it again.

Bees keep their hives and honey below 35°C. Does this honey stay below that temperature?

When the honey is stored in the beehive and looked after by the bees, it remains below 35°C. Once it is harvested by humans and is stored in our houses, its temperature will certainly be the same as the room temperature

Is this honey hard and crystallized?

Thank you for your enquiry. This is a creamy, spreadable honey which is is not crystallized. It will harden at low temperatures and will naturally soften once brought back to room temperature.

Are the bees fed with sugar syrup please?

Many bees in the U.K. are fed with sugar because the beekeepers raid too much of the honey not leaving the bees enough to get through our cold winter with. As long as the sugar syrup is removed early enough in spring it would not affect the honey produced when pollination starts. This is produced in Cyprus which has a warmer climate so the bees don’t have to work as hard to keep the hive warm over the winter. I know because we keep bees.
