This rub, like all of dizzy pig rubs is great. I put it on pork chops or loin and it is wonderful. There is coffee in it which rounds out the other flavors but don't expect for your guests to say "wow, is this a coffee rub?". I would say that it provides a very complex harmony of scents and flavors which are unique and hard to describe. One cannot take any of the dizzy pig rubs and taste them "raw" and really understand how one's food will taste. Grilling at high temp changes and enhances the flavors. Dizzy pig gets this. I love this rub. If you need a little more idea of what it tastes like, I guess I would say you get a hint of black pepper, Indian spice, garlic, coffee, salt and carmelized sugars. You will love it!

I used this on a pork butt and it came out great. Some rubs I use for smoking lose their flavor after several hours, but not this one.

I purchased this just to try something different and OH MY GOODNESS!! I'm on my 3rd or 4th bottle now! My wife says I make the absolute best ribs she's ever eaten (and I live in KC which is known for great bbq so that's quite a compliment)! I have only used this on ribs though. I hope to try it on a Boston butt and maybe even a brisket just haven't had any left Cuz my wife is always bringing home ribs for me! If I could give this a higher rating I would!

LOVE this rub - my dad sent me a few bottles and we ate our way through all of them - had to buy another . Use it on steak, burgers, chicken... you get the idea. This is my favorite of all the many rubs I have now and have tried in the past.

All of their products are so low sodium! Has a really good flavor, goes well with steak and ribs. Been using this one for years.

Spot on the best dry rub around! Love the smoky hot/sweet/slight coffee taste of this rub on pork, chicken, ribs, and even roasted veggies!

Love the flavor. I just got an air fryer and have cooked steak in it a couple of time using Dizzy Pig. They turned out great. Dizzy Pig Red Eye Express is excellent.

Ordered this online after picking it up in store and using the entire container. So far, we've used this on pork, beef, chicken, fish and duck and it is fantastic on everything. Not overpowering and brings out natural flavors of the meat (duck specifically).
