I put these on with brand new sneakers that had caused me blisters at the back of my foot on my ankle. These Worked!!! There are a couple of problems. I had little ped socks on and these would push those socks down with each step I made until the sock was under my foot around my arch. So, not good with small no show socks. Best to have ankle socks that you can turn down. Also, I noticed that You have to hold the ankle part of this insole as you are slipping your feet into your shoes or the ankle part will sink down and cause the shoe to become much smaller. Wear a size 7 1/2 and the fit perfectly. When I first put them on, I just slipped my feet into my sneaker and my sneaker hurt because they were too small. Then I tried again, but this time, I held onto the part that is supposed to be around the back of your ankle and I pulled it up as I slipped on the sneaker and now my sneakers fit and I am not getting any blisters. It has a soft silky feeling when rubbing against the back of your heal so no blisters! Saved a brand new pair of sneakers from being returned or thrown out.

Bought these for a 2 day training class I was teaching. So lots of standing (which I'm not used to), but I also had to walk 1 mile to the airport and then walk quite a bit through the airport once I got there.I wear a size 9 shoe (wore with some ballet flats and no socks) and these worked great with no slipping on either foot.On my right foot, these worked perfect - no issues whatsoever. On my left (which I always have more trouble with), the insert was bothering my heal tremendously on the first day (but still felt better with the insert inside the shoe). The second day I added a bandaid to my heal and the insert + bandaid was perfect. No slipping, no heal issues and that was also the day I had to walk a mile to the airport.So my advice is if you frequently have issues with shoes bothering your heals, buy these and add a bandaid. You won't regret it.

I have a size 4 foot…so most shoes sizes start with a size 6 and few start with a size 5. With this insole I can wear a size 5. I bought some western boots and cut these down to fit my boots. Now they fit! Thanks so much!

Bought these for two pairs of shoes: heels that lost the insole, and a pair of boots that are a little bit loose from use. They fit in the boots great, and are comfortable, but slid around and came out every time I pulled my foot out. Super annoying to say the least. The heel part didn’t fit great in my heels, but even cutting that part off, they still slid around a lot and also came out every time I pulled my foot out.

I have purchased these for years and have been satisfied until the last 2 purchases. They used to comfort my feet for months before they got too flat to be replaced. Now they get flat in 2 weeks. Means I need to throw them out and replace every two weeks. Really disappointed. I won't waste my money on them anymore.

What a difference this makes! Your feet will thank you! Just cut to your shoe size following the size guide. I tried more expensive and highly cushioned insoles that I kept throwing away. These ones are perfect. I also tried washing them with soap and warm water when they get a bit stinky, they held pretty well and look like new! Can’t do without ;)

I thought this was a good idea because I have a very narrow foot and heel. They not only made my shoes to tight but the heel support is so slippery that my feet come out of the shoe. They seem to have good arch support but because they make my shoes to tight I can’t comment. Would not recommend.

My mom has to get a half size bigger shoe because of a bunion. I bought this for her bc she wanted some boots but couldn’t find any that fit and didn’t hurt. I bought a half size larger boot for her along with this. Now she has a fantastic pair of comfortable boots that fit great!

Yo las pedi, porque compre unos tenis Nike Air force que me quedan medio número grandes y buscaba unas plantillas que me rellenaran ese espacio, aparte no me parecen muy cómodos los tenis en general pues tienen una suela dura y recta, y pense que también me servirían para hacerlos más cómodos, sin embargo, lo único que conseguí fue sentir mi pie super apretado ahí dentro.Lo que es importante que sepan es que mi pie mide 23 cm y le tuve cortar 2 tiritas, es decir solo sirven para personas con pies pequeños.Y te vienen 3 pares, una viene abierta no se porque y las otras 2 empaquetadas. También es importante recalcar que de la parte del talón no tienen pegamento, bueno en realidad no tienen pegamento en ningun lugar. Pero al apretar tanto el zapato no se mueven, al menos en el poco tiempo que las probe, pero a la hora de sacar el pie con calceta si se mueven y es cansado volver a ponerlas en su lugar cada que te quitas el calzado.
