I loose my dermal tops alot and like to keep my jewelry fairly simple, these are perfect! The size options of the rhinestone are great. I don't find any too big or too small and can use all of them. They dont stick out alot, and I love the slight iridescent color!

I wanted small dermal for my throat piercing these are great and stay on just fine just do it!

The bar length is too long for my dermal. Sticks out and would definitely get caught on something in a minute. The description conveniently doesnt mention how long they are either so I can buy a different size..

Great dermals I always add a thin layer of clear nail polish to help keep the stone in place highly recommend

These work great! Great quality. They are all more ball-like diamonds and not "flat" behind the diamond. For example, I have put them on my nipple rings and they work perfect, but it wouldn't lay flesh with my face for my dermal if I ever lost it. And that is what I originally bought them for was because mine is always come unscrewed for whatever reason.

Lost the end from the piercing, the piercing came out while i was sleeping, thought I was going to have problems getting the jewlery back in. The threaded ends are too short.
