Wonderfully comfortable
I've had this mattress for a few months now and it's just as comfortable as when new. Soft enough to be accommodating but firm enough to give support.

far too firm
This mattress was a waste of several hundred pounds for me. Far far too firm and makes my back and hip pain far worse. I should have opted for another Emma mattress for the second bedroom which is superb. I was unfortunately swayed by the rataining of shape of latex. OK if you like sleeping on concrete.
