This is a well made wallet case and is perfect for those that do not like to remove their phones. I thought it was detachable as the picture looks as though it is and returning this has been easy.I would keep this but the wallet flap is very difficult to deal with when using the phone.

I received this product expecting a halfway decent case for the price and to protect my phone for the time being but I was wrong. No only is the screen cover flimsy and does not properly cover the screen but It also excessively moves making it not cover the screen properly and hard to handle. You don’t have easy access to any of your volume controls or mute toggle switch. The picture they have posted doesn’t do it any justice as well since the hole punch in the back for the Apple logo is not properly centered and cut off the bottom right part of the logo. I ordered 2 cases for two iPhone 11 Pro Max and they both have the same issues to which never of them were addressed when I contacted the seller they made no attempt to resolve the issue or even reply back. For all these issues as well as the failure of the seller to make contact to resolve the issue I decided to make sure everyone is warned ahead about this product before they purchase to they can make a more informed decision on this product.*UPDATE*Seller contacted me a few days after writing a review, refunded my our purchase, and sent me two replacements cases. The hole punch issue is resolved with these cases now but the other issues are still there. I find it odd that it took me having to write a review for me to get a response from them but at least they tried to rectify the problem. Two weeks after the fact didn’t help as I had already had purchased a new folio case from Otterbox but I appreciate that customer service went above and beyond to try and fix the issue.This case may still have some kinks that need to be worked out and I completely understand that trying to make a phone case for a phone that had just been released you have to go through a trial and error period to get all those worked out. This case may still have its issues but it’s still a decent case even though I still believe doesn’t hold its value up to its price tags ($19) at this time.So I will change my review from 1 to 3 stars due to customer service went above and beyond to try and resolve the problem.

I have been using LUPA cases for years now, and they are great. I have bought them as gifts for my friends and they really love them. They are affordable, well-made, fit the phone perfectly, and are lightweight. They have lovely designs as well. They stay looking good for a long time, and when they get a bit worn after a year or two it is inexpensive to replace. I highly recommend this case!

The product is of high quality for its price! My phone is well protected from front to back. Highly recommended for people on the go like me.

I had this exact case for my iPhone 6 Plus and really liked it, so when I upgraded to an iPhone 11 max pro I ordered the same thing for it.

Love this case. I really like the functionality, color and quality of this case. I've had several in the past that seemed cheap; but this is much better quality. It was a solid purchase.
