Awesome buy, fits perfectly..
Absolutely pleased with this heating element! Whirlpool wanted around$100 and got this one for $65 less. It looks to be exactly like the stock unit and works perfectly! Great value and super easy fix, so glad I checked amazon before purchasing!!

Works for Maytag bake element
These are pretty straight forward for replacement, and this is the second time in ~12 years I have had to do so for this oven type. The previous replacement was not this brand. I felt like the price was pretty fair as opposed to having someone else do it. Admittedly, I was 5-6 years younger than I am now the last time I did so....a few notes below. If you can, remove your oven door. This makes things infinitely easier. I recommend pulling the unit off and away from the wall, however it isn't (always) required. Do throw your breaker to the off position for the range/stove. Remove the racks from inside and on the lower panel rear and two screws, one to either side. They are going to be pretty tight from the heat cycles so use the proper size and good quality screwdriver. Pick that panel up from the back to get enough clearance to slide that panel to the back and clear the tab on the front side of it. Set that aside. The element itself has a screw on front and one on the rear panel of the oven. When you take those loose angle the front side up and pull very gently. If the two pieces of the element are not centering in the hole try to do so. Most likely the element is broken and the ends are going to be "chopsticking". Try to avoid that. If you pull them out slowly the connecting wires are bladed connectors and will leave you just enough slack to take them off the element, put on the new one and reverse those directions to put the oven back together. For those of us that ignore, rush, or otherwise bosh the above plan. Pull the stove away from the wall and clear of the counter so you can get to the rear panel. Sweep under the unit (watch for that broken bowl from two years ago), clean the sides, do all the things you couldn't do while it was screwed to the anti tip bracket. You had that installed, right? There is a small rear panel where the cord goes in. Unscrew and pull up IIRC, it is on a slotted connection to the rear panel. If you already have the element installed then you can connect the bladed connectors, put that panel back, put the stove back knowing it is nice and clean under it for a week or two, perform the above, cook some baked goods.

Easy to install
Was a perfect fit for my whirlpool oven. Husband was ready to buy a new oven and while I would love an upgrade in this economy it’s best to save versus spend.

Works great, fair price, fast delivery, and saved a lot of money by replacing it myself.
Works great and saved a lot of money installing it my self. You need basic Electrical Knowledge (comfort) and a Electrical Meter to make sure power is off (easier to unplug it first) and check conductivity of isolated old burner element. The new Burner element has been used several times in the last week after install with no problems. It is as good as the original with no change in performance in my Range. It did smoke a little from the coating on the element, for about 40 seconds as the heat rose on the first use only, but I would say do not try to clean with chemicals as that would be worse for you then about 40 seconds of very light smoke. I assume it is to keep it from rusting. I was tweaked (bent) a little from not enough packing material (normal now days Amazon), but a little gentle push and pull got it into the same shape as the original before install. Do not use tools as it could damage the tubing outer surface. I Kept the old burner to copy the shape, and saved trial and error adjusting it to match the old element and having to worry if you got it right.

Easy to install, still working 1 year later.
It was easy to install, though my oven required me to access the back panels, and one year later is still working. I think it cooks slightly cooler than my previous one, but then again, my previous one (came with the oven) was apparently malfunctioning and burned itself out. It fit easily though it is a little looser of a version than the original, that will happen when I don't track down the specific piece. One star down for apparent temperature variation, but it has only meant small adjustments.

Perfect replacement for Whirlpool YWFE775H0HZ1
For any reason, the "bake element" of our Whirlpool YWFE775H0HZ1 electric range, literally blew-out, (after less than 3 years usage ). This element is a perfect, easy-to-install, direct replacement. ( made in Mexico) I hope it will last longer than the original. Very satisfied, so far.

Easy to install and works A1
It was very easy to install and itworks exactly as expected. I had to watch a video online to figure out how to install it but it was very easy. I have a Whirlpool oven and all I needed was a sharp eye and a philic screw driver to do the trick.
