Though my vet didn't put much stock in giving collagen supplements as a way to maintain or improve my dogs collapsing trachea, I figured it couldn't hurt. Plus it comes with hip and joint support which all dogs eventually need. Many people mention the effect on the dog's coat but that is not a factor for me. It's what good it's doing inside my pups that's most important. Independent lab studies will go a long way to offer evidence that there is benefit to collagen with collapsing trachea. I can only hope that I made a good choice in picking this brand. There is a slight odor to the tablets but I'm not sure what college it smells like and how long it lasts on the shelf. At the very least, my dogs enjoy the taste and it's not too expensive to one to all of my dogs everyday.

My dog loves it as a treat but there is no way to know if it helps as he is old and we throw a lot of supplements.

Dog likes the supplement. For me the smell is a little weird. But dogs eat them. I am sure it taste good. It’s good price for the amount of supplement we got. It’s soft and I can break it easily to feed smaller dog

Our 14 year old beagle was having trouble getting on the couch. After a week she is jumping up and rolling around like did 5 years ago. I think is helped with her hot spot on her back. It was a small quarter size spot but it all gone.

I can tell a marked difference in my Girl! She was slowing down (she's 13) and had a pronounced limp. She'd whine when she had to climb the stairs to come in. It has been less than a week and she's got a new pep in her step (walks faster). Her limp has dramatically improved and she goes up the stairs faster with no crying/whining! She also stands up a lot quicker. I will keep giving this to my fur baby; without a doubt this is working. She loves the taste (I add it to her canned dog food), she cleans her bowl thoroughly. A definite win-win! I am SO glad I purchased this Product.

I bought these for my 6 year old dane. She is 120 lbs. and the changing weather has her slowing down. I tried to see if it helps but, i am unsure. She seems to get up faster, however i don’t know if its the supplement, or her manipulating to make it easier for her. She loves them, however i think they stink.

We bought this product because my small dog was having issues with his front leg. He is 12 years old. He was limping for several weeks and holding up his front leg. He was at the vet twice , after $500, it was determined that his leg was fine. They suggested therapy. And then we found the collagen and great reviews. Well after 1 and half weeks he was feeling better and his leg was better. The 2 week mark his leg is perfectly fine and he has so much energy. He is running around and playing all the time. So I highly recommend this product.

I have not seen collagen in a treat form for dogs and I'm so happy to find this! I already feed my 11 year old dog The Missing Link Senior Powder Supplement and this collagen chew is a great addition to his diet. He loves the treat and he gets all the great benefits of the collagen, glucosamine and turmeric. There are so many great ingredients in this chew and it's helping him feel better! On day 2 of feeding the chews I caught him running back and forth in the backyard during his potty break, something I haven't seen him do for a long time! We are over a week in and he seems to be more playful, which means he's feeling good! I see they also make a calming chew with the collagen in it so I bought them and will be using them on him when we have people over for the holidays. Great products!
