Q: Does this work on women of color ?

WOMEN OF COLOR IT DOESNT WORK IT LEAVES A WHITE FILM UNDER EYES AND NO I DID NOT USE TO MUCH

Q: Is this product a quick fix for the day, or can it improve/remove puffy eyes for the long term if used over time?

This is a great product. I use it every day when I am out and about and it makes me look way younger. However, have been using it for about 18 mo, and it doesn't improve your eye puffiness/gags over time. Regardless, I will continue using it because it improves my appearance so much. A little goes a very long way. I am only on my 2nd tube (but it's getting low).

Q: Can you use this product on eyelids?

The company does not recommend but I did use it on my upper eyelid. Now I am using Signature Club A Platinum ElectroCharged Upper Eyelid Fix cream. Works great. Under eyes I still use Semantika and live it.

Q: Do we have to rinse it after 8 mins of applying?

Dear Karma, No, you need to let it stay on the skin after the applying. To get the best results without stiffness or to get it flakey when it dries - put just extremely small dabs under each eye and repeat every few hours to maintain. That might solve it. You may also want to use some moisturizer after the use, at the end of the day, so your skin won’t stay dry, you may try our eye serum the goes with it. I have heard few customers says that it goes well for them using liquid foundation, so I guess its personal. At most cases liquid foundation cancels the results of this product, so as water.
