No remote recieved in the package... Product was good

The product was packed and delivered on time.Pros- Very good equipment comparing the other products twice the price in the market. Easy to use and very powerful. #30 setting is a good enough vibration to perform good effects on your body.Using 2 days now, 20 mins has helped me strengthen my core and improved blood circulation. As for loosing weight, it depends on calorie intake also. So to sum it up I got this for improving blood circulation specially during this lock down when the activity level is restricted. This would also be very helpful for elderly folks. Immense health benefits. Just go for it !Cons - The cable wire connecting the power socket could have been longer. Why? Not all households have electric sockets a feet or two above the ground. So if you do not have one an extension cable is must. Apart from this I do not see any other cons.

Overall, I am quite happy with this product.And will recommend it to people especially housewives or work-from-home or sedentary lifestyle people.Pros :-1) Product is Strong and sturdy.2) Can easily withstand 100kg person.3) Has great vibration plate, you can really feel those.4) Good bottom legs - once placed, it does not move even when used by a 90kg person.5) Has acupressure points.Cons :-1) Small wire plug, you will need an extension.2) A person weighing 90kg or more does not feel vibration speed (above 50). Maybe because it is too fast or because the person is heavy and has lots of fat, do not know for sure, so cannot pinpoint exact reason.3) It feels that one side of the vibration plate moves better (or higher) than the other side.4) Having acupressure points is good but it should be spread evenly, across the plate.

Good product but arrived without remote, dealing with amazon customer service in India has been appalling. It's like none of their agents actually care about the customer or their concerns but speak like a robot from a scripted note. Additionally, hang up on customers as they cannot be bothered to actually resolve customer queries. Worst customer care I have ever experienced! Returned and ordered another machine and again no remote, when clearly the product is advertised with a remote and so does the manual actually confirm the same. I am appalled with service from Amazon India, having being an Amazon customer for over 15 years and have had 100s of orders in the UK and India. Senior Managers need to really look at what is happening on the floor within your teams in India. The attitude and behaviour of your staff stinks!! Except for one person called Samiran, who actually tried to help. Your processes are just so rigid and not created to help the customers!
