Fantastic
I got this for my other half, he is busy on the tractor, I have to say how fantastic this is, no back ground noise, he is really clear when speaking too, plus the battery last forever and it doesn't hurt his ear.

Almost Very Good.
Overall happy with this. I had an older one, same model. Battery life is decent, just about as described, 7h talk time (feels good not to be lied to in advertising for once)My one and only complaint regarding this, a minor nuisance, really, is that when you receive a call, and the automated voice in the headset notifies you of the fact "incoming call from XXXX, answer, or ignore", it does not pick up on your actual answer while it speaks. My old Plantronics 5200 (non-UC) did. Unfortunately, that one got run over with my car (by accident, I absolutely loved it)Other than this, as described, a pleasure to use, 5 stars.

Works perfectly
I have tried a number of cheaper alternatives over the past few months with no success. I thought I would shell out that little bit more and wish I had just gone for this one in the first place, works perfectly. Clear sound, connects with the dongle, without dropping out or having to reset the connection. The charging case, charges the headset either in the cradle or when stowed away in the box itself. Would highly recommend.

Not as good as advertised..
Pros -1 - easy Bluetooth connection from mobile to computer2 - battery life exceeds expectations, headset advises you how long it expects to last the moment you place it in your ear, usually tell me I’ve 6 hours but I regularly work an 8 hour day without it losing power3 - battery charger works fast to recharge the earpiece and holds its own charge for days. I’ve had it 2 months and only recharged it twice4 - every person I have spoken to has said how clear my voice is and that they haven’t had any issues with background noises whilst speaking to me5 - call clarity as a listener is fantastic, I can hear pretty much everyone around my boss when she’s in the office and I am WFHCons:1 - the advertised distance that the Bluetooth works over is NOT half as far as they say. I can barely get 25 steps away before it advises me that I’ve lost connection2 - I don’t know who designed the ear pieces but they blatantly need to go back to the drawing board, it’s a headphone that goes over and into your ear, why make something that probably fits into/over about a quarter of the populations ears? I have tiny ears and I have issues keeping the speaker in my ear and the Bluetooth receiver balanced behind my ear3 - why would you sell a headset that is designed to be worn all day WITHOUT an optional foam covering? I had to buy one from CHINA because my ears were getting so sore without the cover4 - why is the earpiece section designed as a flat disc? Did anyone actually look at people’s inner ears before making that decision? News flash inner ears are more of a conical shape, probably why the d**n thing keeps falling out of my ear when I lean my head down to write when I’m on a callYou might think reading this review that the headset is a terrible one, it isn’t it just has some severe design flaws that make it awkward to use.

Very good
This is a great headset. I prefer the single ear headset as it means I can still hear others things going on while I am out. Like cars!

Poor quality
Bought from another seller before this is not the same quality. Callers complaining that I sound like I'm in an echo chamber.Previous 1 was excellent.

Expensive, but great feature set
So far I'm loving the functionality of this device! The call quality is very good. Streaming music is decent for a monaural speaker. I love the one touch button to call up Siri (similar to holding down the home button on your iPhone) and the spoken "answer" or "reject" call when an incoming phone call is received.Cons: I do find the earpiece to be a bit bulky and the fit is just a bit off. I'm still experimenting with the right size ear cushion. I also seem to be experiencing static and pops from time to time, even though my phone is in my pocket. It could be interference though, I'll have to test that.

This one appears to be of more sturdy construction in that historically problematic area
Update - Nov 2021 -- Amazon just pushed me a "nudge" about this product review. After reading it, and then realizing it has been more than 5 years!!!, I am posting this quick update. This headset is still alive and works great, and so far no troubles with the area that failed on my two previous models of the Voyager product series. I reaffirm the 5 stars!----------Purchased this as replacement for earlier versions of Plantronics Voyager bluetooth headsets - all of which failed at the same place on the stem just above the earpiece. This one appears to be of more sturdy construction in that historically problematic area.Decided to upgrade my headset to a Unified Communications UC compatible version due to company's new VOIP phone system - and this unit is really great for that. It could connect to my laptop by pairing with the computer's bluetooth capability, but instead I used the small USB adapter that came with the unit and it was "plug-and-play"... absolutely no setup concerns at all.Next, I bought this as a set with the charging case. That unit is a fantastic feature. The headset and the USB adapter store within the case, so I can keep it all together and safe from accidental damage. The case itself serves as a re-charging source for the headset, so it is always topped off and ready to go when I need it on the go. And, when I am teleworking and will be using the headset throughout a day, I use the external cradle on the case to set the headset in a ready-to-use position when I am not wearing it, and plug the case in to both keep the headset charged and "fill up" the case's battery at the same time.Other features that I really like - this unit has an actual sliding on-off switch that allows me to quickly see whether it is on or off (the earlier generations that I had used a push button to both toggle it on or off, and you had to hold it for a moment to trigger that function); this unit provides spoken audio information about battery status, incoming calls, etc. (something I definitely missed when I had to switch to an older model after my most advanced previous one finally broke); this unit also asks for and takes some voice commands from me (for instance, it will announce the caller ID info it gets from my cell phone for an incoming call, and then ask whether I want to answer or ignore the call - I tell it which and it makes that action occur).Because of the nifty charging case, the great features, and the plug-and-play PC connectivity, I gave this product 5 stars. My only hesitation in doing so is previous experience with earlier models that all failed at the same place - the stem just above the earbud piece. This unit appears to be sturdier there, an improvement that I hope proves successful.

Only had this a few days but so far everything is great the noise canceling is fantastic and it’s very comfortable the only downside is that you can’t get a magnetic charger except the carrier case

Worste Headset Ever
If there were no starts, I would have selected that. It doesn't deserve one star. Hands down, the worse headset I have ever purchased. The range when walking away from my desk is crap, horrible sound quality with complaints from people on calls with me, and the Poly apps (Poly Lens & Plantronics Hub) and for managing it are cumbersome and did not solve issues. I have done software/firmware updates too. The dongle is so bad I simply connected it to my laptop's Bluetooth instead, which slightly improved the situation, but still bad. Too late to return it, so that's $300 down the drain. DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT.
