I was about to recommend this product on my Facebook pages in my vegan communities, but to my great disappointment I found no physical address or person attached to their brand/company "Zen Naturals".Nothing on the packaging, nothing on their website! Wow!How can that be a serious trustworthy producer standing behind their products?Would you put something in your body from anonymous completely untraceable stranger? I guess not. Now I have to warn about Zen Naturals in my communities.

These have been a massive help. Not only have they helped with my thyroid. As blood test suggests my thyroid is doing much better.My energy levels are better and I am not as fatigued as I use to be.One of the biggest benefits has been for my hair and nails. I have always had very delicate hair and nails and suffered hair loss. Not only have my nails become thicker and stronger but my hair has strengthened. My bald patch has filled in and my hair is looking so healthy.The tablets are a small size and dont have a flavour so are easy to swallow and dont leave an after taste. I am very happy customer that I have purchased more.

Just tried these by chance to see how they work for me as I’d been looking for some vegan-specific supplements for a while. I have been veggie for decades and gone vegan in the last two years and needed a boost to my energy levels. Also started going to the gym so needed something for muscle repair and quick recovery and apparently iodine helps so this supplement solved both problems. Started taking these a few weeks ago and feel more energised. Bruises as a result of gym work don’t seem to hang around as long as well. With a busy life, really difficult to get a balance of nutrients so pleased I found these and will see how I feel in the months to come. Arrived quickly, well packaged and labelled so that’s a bonus as you need to be careful about what you’re taking so would order again.

I'm vegan and need to supplement myself with B12. The product arrived quickly and is easy to swallow. Great value overall and they support animal farms too.

Great product. Great vitamin, use it daily and you will see the results. I take it with all my other vitamins, it's a great supplement to keep yourself healthy. Take it with food and plenty of water. I usually take it when I eat dinner. Great way to be fully vegan and being supported my supplements!

I have been pleasantly surprised by this product. The tablets are of a size that make them easy to swallow and they also have a neutral taste to them which is much better than other similar products I have tried. I have only been taking them for a couple of days but am looking forward to seeing an improvement in my general energy levels and metabolism.

I have been feeling slightly sluggish for a few weeks throughout lockdown and didn’t really have much get up and go. I thought taking something in the morning would help with this just to give that push. To be honest I have noticed a slight difference that I am more wide awake during the day and not getting at tired as early is I was. So if you are looking for a slight pick me up this is for you.

This product contains just the right amount of B vitamins that I was looking for. A good range, plus the iodine, but not the overly high strength that most seem to be. I was looking for a replacement for another product at a cheaper price point and these come closer than any others. Wish they would come with more tablets though, maybe 90.
